Chinese Four Seasons — Restaurant in Town of Oyster Bay

So surprised this place has so many good reviews… it’s what gets you excited to try it out. Chicken Lo Mein - Dry Chewy Chicken (noodles were ok I guess). House fried rice - Beef and Chicken extra dry and chewy (rice was flavorless) General Tso - Honestly tasted more like sweet and sour or watered down General Tso sauce. It’s possible they got the order wrong. Some bites were rock solid all others were too chewy - like jaw tiring. Beef and Broccoli - I don’t know how something so saucy was dry, but it was. Their top pick Chicken skewers weren’t anything to write home about.

General consensus - all these are staples anywhere and there should be no reason not even one of these dishes were a success. I would recommend to literally order from anywhere else and run that risk. At the very least it would be...

Wow....Just Wow....1st time ordering and I am so satisfied,delighted,excited and full all at the same time.. the food was Amazingggggg It’s all about QUALITY food and that’s this Chinese four seasons take out/restaurant. From egg drop soup, steamed dumplings so light and fresh, the steak cheese egg roll was so tasty and fresh and delicious, and the beef with broccoli was the BEST!!!!!!!! Prices reasonable delivery was quick and even if you have to wait it’s well worth it..I highly recommend this take out I actually called and spoke to the owner Michele to tell her how happy I was that I finally found a high end take out that was outstanding.. great job can’t wait to order again real soon. Best Long Island Chinese spot by far. I had a job site in the area so we ordered from them and we were all blown away. Me and my crew love a minimum 20 min from Four seasons and we all travel if we’re craving Chinese. The dumplings were one of the best in NY and the beef w broccoli was so tasty using real juicy beef cuts. The fried rice tastes like a 5 star hibachi just like the dumplings.
