I WISH there was a NEGATIVE stars option... last 4 times I ordered, not one thing was right. Even 4 times on one delivery! EVEN talking with the manager directly on the phone. 3 times on phone with him and the order was still not right. They left the order (completely wrong) after the 4th attempt and 3+ hours trying to get pizza. I did however receive a coupon for a free pizza, side, and drink. That's all I got from them. I emailed CORPORATE DOMINOS explaining the issue and NO REPONSE other than an automated (I'm assuming stating its an independently owned franchise and to contact then directly) I phoned the local INDEPENDANTLY OWNED FRANCISE and I left CLEAR instructions for the LOCAL Independent store OWNER(S) WATERTOWN NY, Seaway Plaza, 22070 US RT 11, Watertown, NY 13601 to call me to explain the 4 times I ordered and not ONE was Right! AND THE PREVIOUS 3 ORDERES that WERE NOT ANYTHING RIGHT (completely screwed up order's - not anything near what I ordered) and they never called. NOT ONE OWNER(S) WATERTOWN NY, Seaway Plaza, 22070 US RT 11, Watertown, NY 13601. BEWARE OF THIS DOMINOS and THEIR OWNER(S) COMPLETE neglect to CUSTOMER Concern. I am attempting tonight 07/20/19 (Flower Ave East, Watertown) to see if they get this order right. HOPEFULLY SO~ Past experiences is a RATING of LESS THAN ZERO for ordering, getting it right, getting it correct (4 times one order and still never got it right) and even after talking directly with the store manager VIA phone demanding a phone call from an Owner(s) the following Monday... that didn't happen. and Domino's Corporate said … to bad to sad... its Independently owned... Read moreWe have been ordering pizza for years at the Rt 11 Seaway Plaza in Watertown NY. I simply get a cheese pizza half sauce and half NO sauce, that’s all. I have a special needs child who has issues with texture. Every week they make it this way absolutely no issues. Tonight on 4/05/2019, we attempted to place this same order that we order weekly. There was a new girl on the phone thta had no idea what she was doing but that wasn’t the issue. She asked a manager to have it done like this, his name is DALLAS. Dallas said nope we can’t make it like this. I explain we do this every week, he said and I quote “well you got one over on Sunday” Really asking a simply request of no sauce on half is that much of a deal. They always say they can’t guarantee it won’t spread and get on the other piece, which we always say that’s not a problem at all and never any issues. I asked who was his boss because this is absurd and ridiculous we do this every week. He said he is the main boss, he was the General Manager of that store and only corporate is higher. I find that very hard to believe that a simply request that has always been granted, you are making this much of a deal about, because a child has a sensory issue and you run that place, not sure about that. But with that said I will go to corporate as well as posts this on all the social media pages. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I had them cancel my order and if that is really the GM there, until they get new management, or I guess to decide to train Dallas in customer service and treating his customers the way he would like to be treated. They will no longer have our business and I hope others see how they treat there customers and decide to go other places. We have PAPA TINOS down the street as well as PIZZA HUT on state st. that delivery’s to the area of this Dominos at the Seaway Plaza on Rt. 11. I am hoping corporate does something about the service thta is provided to there LOYAL customers and to all customers. Read moreI picked up two pizzas that was supposed to be curbside pick up. However, it was not allowing me on the app to signify that I am here. So, I called the store and let them know I was there, and unsure why it would not allow me. The gentleman who had picked up was angry for some reason and he was yelling at me over the phone telling me it is his only order and he will send somebody up because he doesn't care. And he hung up on me. the manager that came outside the store told me that he was just going to talk to him and gave us a free pizza for the next time. But I do not want a free pizza because that does not justify what I had to go through. I don't know what is going on with the employee or the manager because they both had the same attitude, but I hope domino's can do something about this because clearly they are not okay.
