Miz Betty's Delights — Restaurant in Town of Pamelia

Nice little bakery. Designed as takeout bakery. I was working in the area and I thought it would be a good place for a break. They have a bakery case packed with yummy items. After some discussion about the options with Miz Betty I chose the sweet and salty brownie. She started to put the brownie in a to go container. I told her to save the box, I would be eating it right away. I should have taken the box, although the brownie was average size the toppings made it rich enough to be two servings. I will stop again. She has a book of cakes available for special order. The customer area is relatively small compared to the size of the building, I suspect the rest of the building is devoted to the kitchen where she where she works her magic. I ordered a cake for my 1st wedding anniversary to stand in as our top tier after the venue mistakenly served the actual top tier at our wedding. Initially I wasn’t very happy with the way the cake turned out but Betty was SO accommodating & she did everything she could to make it perfect. They’d originally created edible flowers that were very pretty but I preferred the flowers to look realistic because the cake was the centerpiece of our anniversary photoshoot. I brought fake flowers & they replaced the edible ones on the same day. I did end up repositioning the flowers but I’m a perfectionist, so I was just being picky at that point haha. These were without a doubt the best cupcakes I've ever had! You can mix and match cake, frosting, and filling, so we ordered 12 different combinations and she made them while we waited. The cake was incredibly moist, the frosting was silky with just the right amount of sweetness, and the fillings were delicious and unique. I didn't expect the cupcakes to look so sophisticated, but they were fit for a wedding, even though we just planned to eat them right away.
