Rest stop was crowded because of the buffalo game earlier than the day. We waited longer to get our food then we did to place our order. It seems like they lost our ticket for a while because people who ordered after us who had similar items got their food first. We ended up being there for over 45 minutes from the time we got in line until we got our food. Ordered two combo chicken sandwiches. The sandwich cost about $8, the combo which only included cajun fries and no drink, cost $15.39. When the food was finally ready, my husband who had ordered his sandwich without pickles, got pickles anyway. The size of the Cajun fries order was ridiculously small: especially for costing $7. They were cold to boot. The water bottle is in the picture for size reference. The amount of fries in the bag is exactly the amount received. At least the sandwiches were hot and...

Actual scammer establishment!

I ordered a combo with a sandwich and fries. It cost $14. Did not come with a drink. I noticed that I was missing a biscuit and was confused since the combo menu said that combos come with a biscuit… a rude employee went “um— actually”🤓and pointed to the tiny fine print that said that more than HALF the combos don’t actually come with a biscuit.

A sandwich is under $6. A small side is ~$2-3. Together you’d get a bit over $10 with sales tax. The menu clearly says that meals also come with a drink, but these scammers covered that part with tape. These scammers do not know how to run a franchise.

I hope this place closes and the managers & employees homes get foreclosed.

Also the receipt is not itemized. Genuine scammers...

First, I'm not surprised with the low score and the bad reviews from other customers. I can confirm that it is one of the bad locations to get any food.

Obviously the price is ridiculous. Just a GREEDY price. GREDDY, GREEDY, GREEDY.

Sure the price is a GREEDY cost, but the service IS WORST, even with the GREEDY EXPENSIVE COST customers have to pay.

It's like the DMV. They need to hire more staff and also hire staff that wants to work for real. Most of their staffs look like zombies, as if they hate their job.

I suggest people to only go here if you need to use the toilet; otherwise, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY...
