Terrible exp on 3/4/24, was there to order a chicken dinner a couple ppl were ahead of me on line. Guy working the counter was saying they were out of baked beans, bow tie pasta, no ribs and no brisket. Only to find out when the person in front of me went up and seen that stuff was in fact the kid at the counter said “I can’t sell those. They are basically paid for, so yea pick something else”. This was rude for one. And two if it’s already paid for then why is it not in a bag already bagged and waiting for that customer? Rather than just having it sitting with all the other food and telling paying customers who are there now that they can’t have that? Roughly 10 mins after that encounter a gentleman walks in.
And the kid at the counter who’s a young millennial and should tell you everything you need to know says…Thank god your here everyone was trying to buy the stuff you wanted but we told them it was reserved. And that’s a lie never did he use the words it was reserved he said it was paid for. And this was a lie because the gentleman came in and paid for his food. This was poor customer service. I can’t control how a business provides customer service, but I can control where I spend my money. And I’ll never spend another dollar of my money there. And priceless you saved food for a jerk who didn’t even tip you! You love ya job so much great, cause you gonna be working there a long damn time...

I am who is nearly always positive, however, I was very disappointed in the au gratin potatoes and the mac & cheese this evening in Lockport.
I have never had something that had that much salt in it.
Both of those sides were inedible because of the unbelievable amount of salt in both of these sides.
I’m not sure if someone had made a mistake or if for some other reason, someone intentionally put that amount of salt into those two sides, but I’ve never experienced anything like that before, ever.
Especially today, if people want a lot of salt, let alone a reasonable amount of salt, they can salt it to their content at the table.
That amount of salt is actually a health hazard. We couldn’t believe it.
Either way, I hope this is corrected next time, but I will be very careful to ask for a taste of those two sides before I would never order them again.
I give the meats five stars, and the sides zero stars, Or perhaps negative if you could do that.
The cornbread was fantastic.
The people who served us were wonderful and we would have simply told them, but this was near closing time.

When i get there i waited in line for over 20 minutes as they helped the 5 walk in customers. When it was my turn, they told me they sold out of my chicken dinner & couldn’t fill my order so instead they made ribs instead of the chicken. I told them we wouldn’t eat the ribs & wanted a refund since nothing else was available that my kids would eat. I asked why didn’t you call/ text or email me before i came in that you couldn’t fill the online order. The guys response was “you would be coming in a few minutes so we just put in ribs & waited till you got here to let you know.” That is terrible service & i will think twice before ordering again from here. If they have online orders paid for, they should fill those first before selling the food to the walk ins. There was fish & 1/4 chicken they sold to the customers ahead of me that if i was called ahead of time i would have accepted those as a replacement option vs the ribs!
