Argyle Grill At Eagle Vale — Restaurant in Town of Perinton

Recently went to dinner ordered the early bird special it was bad enough the food was terrible when we finally received the bill after 45 minutes the waitress had charged us the full price after we made her aware she tried for over 30 min to do the correction and came back stating she needed a manager approval She then left and came back 30 min later and said she needed the manager Which would not be back for another hour and a half . The waitress who already charged our credit card suggested that we leave when the manager comes in she would have him take care of it she took Our phone number and the manager would call us the next day but he never did I contacted him the next day he would definitely take care of us and credit our account the difference between the early bird special and full price but did tell us the owners would have to approve.To this date we have yet to hear from them or received our credit and kept the original cost of the meal.Needless to say either us or the other couple we were with will ever...

Conflicting thoughts about this restaurant. I always get a burger, and it's always delicious. So are the fries. But on one recent visit, the friend with me had a filet beef sandwich special that was so grizzly she couldn't eat it. The very pleasant male server offered to replace it, my friend declined, and the server didn't charge her. On another recent visit, a friend and I sat out on the nice patio that overlooks the driving range. My burger and fries were delicious, but my friend received the wrong meal, had to wait quite a while for the correct meal, had to wait for her drink, had to point out the incorrect price on her check, etc. While we understood they had far more customers than expected on a beautiful weekday evening, the personable server seemed to be trying her best to take care of everyone, but customer patience was required. All in all, I'd say food and service are inconsistent. And ... we'd rather not see a server's butt cheeks -- her shorts were...

We were there on a packed Friday evening. They were short staffed but our waitress was awesome. She and the other waitress worked together to get people's food delivered. When it arrived, the food was tepid, the potato skins were just that, dried out skins with barely anything in them. The wings were warm but also over done. A total waste of money. I did not say anything to the waitress who was so busy trying to serve everyone, she did not need the added stress. To make matters worse, the ladies room does not function properly, the commodes do not flush properly and only one soap dispenser worked. I was told that management is aware of the problem and has been for a month but chooses not to have the problem resolved. I was told that I could use the upstairs one but I am not able to climb stairs at the moment. We may return for the music but certainly not for the food. Since leaving no stars is not an option,...
