Zachary's Original — Restaurant in Town of Plattsburgh

Well my mother and I were in the area from glens falls NY and were looking for something quick to eat.. Zach's was a poor decision. We DINED in ... I ordered a turkey sub the waitress asked hot or cold.. I replied cold. My mother ordered the 5.00 chicken sand. While we were waiting we noticed a special posted 1/2 price medium one topping pizzas on Tueadays, So we asked if they could make it white with just mushrooms... The waitress said no we don't do white pizzas half off and you have to eat the pizza here you can't take it with you for the promo. Our food came out 25 minutes later my turkey sub was hot... I sent it back and explained i would have no problem eating the sub but the fact you wont honor your promotion while were clearly dining in..i will just wait for it the way I ordered it. Then we get the bill .. they charged my mother for a full chicken grinder instead of the sand she ordered. I normally don't complain but I have been a manager for about 6 years and there was not a single other soul in the building.. just rude service the entire time while she was putting her hair up in the core area.. we won't be back because our 18.00 lunch would have been better if we went to subway honestly. Hire an intelligent staff that wants to make you money.. not rude servers who want to do the...

Went in to Zachary's, was seated, the server came and took our orders, then we sat there and waited for our drinks for over an hour, food and drinks never did come, asked the server several times about our order, each time we're told it would be just a few more minutes, after an hour sitting there waiting we got up and went and told them we were leaving, they told us they were swamped with deliveries and all of the ovens were full, I told them sadly they were my favorite pizza, however I will never go there again, they said sorry, I said me too and we left, this is the third time in a row, we will...

I have quite literally gotten pizza and wings from Zachary's every single weekend for the past couple of months. The food is just that good. The only time I didn't get any was due to having my wisdom teeth pulled. As soon as I was able to eat again, this was the first thing I got. Super friendly/welcoming staff, great deals, comfortable atmosphere, and food so good, the only thing that'll stop you from ordering again is having teeth pulled.
