Crosby's - Ransomville — Restaurant in Town of Porter

11-5-2019 Around 2-3PM, Just got 2 subs from Crosby's, in Ransomville , NY. the last 6 months subs been very disappointing. today got the WORST SUBS ever !!!!!!!!!! , ham subs they left out the cheese, never toasted bun, and hardly had any ham, other sub was chicken finger sub, buns wasn't toasted also, an we like are buns toasted...the sub was actually cold. chicken subs are suppose to be warm or hot to touch and taste. YUCKY, food.... We not ever ordering from them again , cost us over $21. an change. They use to good subs . Something going over there . Bad help .........

A few months ago order pizza, better with frozen pizza, a couple weeks ago was there and man was trying to order Ham sub they were out of Ham, can you believe that Yesterday try order a Philly's steak sub, their meat was frozen , so couldn't order one so we order other subs , awful , if like just onion sub, go to Crosby's , for sure their food is just become yuck,. An they have no bags to carry anything you buy there I think only store that does that . disgusting. their cashiers are polite though . they have to be or no one come back. not for food for sure

11-08-2021 order pizza with few sides and one was double mushrooms , they pretty much forgot the mushrooms didn't realizes it till got home , other wise the pizza was good, would have been better with mushroom as we ordered. , there was one piece mushroom on each slice we had ordered double mushrooms . should checked pizza before we took it home , this is second time they done this to us. we were charged for double side mushrooms and there not enough on pizza to call one side order of mushroom SERIOUSLY ...DISAPPOINTED AGAIN 4-17-2023 they had sale this month steak subs for only $9.99 all of April, they person taking order had no idea what talking about , after 5 minutes waiting on phone he figured it out, so we ordered two large steak subs, they forgot cut them in half and again they were DRY no miracle whip or mayonnaise, which we asked for to be put on subs. asked for them to be toasted, didn't happen period. always disappointing. most places don't mess up a subs. when we will learn.

6-27-2024 COULDN'T BELEIVE EMPLOYEE DOESN'T KNOW ANY THING ABOUT PUMPING GAS went to Crosby, with gas cans for my mower have to mow the lawn and few slices pizza to go paid the guy, got my receipt, paid with cash went to pump and it weren't go to zero so I pump my gas finally went inside told them, different guy comes out with me showed the problem, there still balance left on pump over $7.95, he kept telling me to just use the pump and it might go to zero then told this kid, I mean kid, very nice but has no idea how to pump gas and he works at gas station told him again has to go to zero first so suggested to change the money on to different pump so he did other pump worked just fine this kid really thought just pumping the with total already on it is okay NOT!!!! but he very nice kid, but I don't think he ever pump...

First of all the best workers that you have working at your store n Ransomville is Janine, Elizabeth, Pam, and Wayne I don’t see how the manager at this store can be one every time I go to this store Pat is outside smoking cigarettes right by the entrance of the store another store me that is always outside smoking is Shanna, the only ones I ever see working when I go to this store is Janine, Elizabeth, Pam, and Wayne with out these four this store would fall apart Shanna and Pat are always outside smoking and you hardly see them doing anything except in the office talking and the other employees there cashes the customers out Aundrey is lazy you guys should put a suggestion box in your stores that you can give suggestions and complaints that district or corporate only see’s and I also know someone that got fired from this store but I’ve seen almost all the employees at this store they. Their phone’s other than...

I don’t ever complain but tonight I was at the Dunkin’ Donuts inside to purchase a drink and the employee was washing dishes and a Crosby employee came over rudely telling her the sink they must share has been used to much and she can just rinse her dishes!!!! Thank god the girl stood her ground and didn’t just cow tow to the employee at crosbys I’m just disgusted with the pandemic and coco if you would have the morals of telling another employee who deals With food And beverages to rinse the dishes u can’t clean them!!! I’m calling a district manager Or someone cuz I’m appalled the lady who harassed the Dunkin employee was on crutches should’ve gotten her name but I’m sure they know who I’m talking about!!! But the Dunkin employee you go girl!!!!!! The iced coffee...
