Got breakfast here, and because the worker messes up THEY become hostile.My husband and I are the nicest people when it comes to mistakes because we get it, but when you are straight up a nasty person its not cool. Won’t be back after today that’s for sure. As someone who works in food service I’m not sure how this worker has her job to be honest. Forgot our French toast sticks, no biggy waited for them to come back to window. Asked for ham egg and cheese croissants gave us bacon (I don’t eat bacon).. so we let the lady know, and LET ME TELL YOU THIS GIRL had the audacity to SLAM THE WINDOW AND WALK AWAY. So my husband had to go in, and talk to someone else because when he walked in she walked away AGAIN. And sure enough there was another guy in there because they messed up his order also. Do better, I see why this is a 3 star business. What a shame though have never had a problem...

I had been here recently and filled out their survey online using the information on the receipt. The code I received was for a free Whopper with the order of a soft drink and fry of any size.
I tried to then use that code at the order menu a few days later while ordering a large fry and a medium soda, but the woman got annoyed and told me that the code was only good for a small fry and small drink and that I'm wrong and that she was reading it right off of one of their receipts.
Getting flustered, she then asks me just to pull up to the window. Rather than apologize, she proceeds to instead act as if I've been mistaken and that she was correct and reads right off the receipt that she's holding that any size fry and any size soft drink are what it says.

I ordered the new bacon Swiss sandwich and got my order there was no sandwich in the bag the fries were old and onion rings were old and cold. Not to mention I went back in for my sandwich got home and it was wrong sandwich had to go back a second time for them to give me the right sandwich. Nothing was fresh and they forgot my sauce. Everytime I go lately they forget something. I will Not be going back to his Burger King ever again. I used To work there I know how easy it is to make a sandwich and bag an order.
