We got a bunch of Fiesta potato burritos this morning. It was like a half hour wait because they suposidly needed to cook the eggs.(what they were cooking is beyond me bc the were no eggs) After such a wait you think they would have atleast just made them rite. Every single burrito was stuffed with potatoes with one or two tiny pieces of egg and nothing else. They were dry disgusting tortilla wrapped mounds of dry potatoes. They always mess up our orders that's why they always give us free taco coupons to throw away. For the wait they gave us coupons for free tacos. We dont want free tacos we always throw those stupid coupons away, What we wanted was our order made rite and our money not wasted. I put in an online order on my break for work. I went to go pick it up and sat in the line my entire break. As I finally got up to the window nobody even acknowledged me as I would have like to tell them I had to go. I had to wave to get someone’s attention and then he reiterated there is an angry customer at the window as I simply asked what is the long wait for. The supervisor of the shift I’m guessing came to the window and said there is nothing I can do as we only have 2 people who can work the line. I told her I waited my entire break and she continued to say she’s trying as fast as she could which i understand.
