Kokopelli's Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Poughkeepsie

Was one of my favorite places until I had to deal with their customer service. Apparently customer satisfaction isn't a goal for this business. Messing up my order multiple times and refusing to refund me in any way seems like bad business to me. Especially since the first time it happened it messed up my stomach pretty badly and I never pressed the issue. Great food but terrible customer service.

Almost changed my review for this place because I gave them another chance. Except now they have a delivery driver working for them for atleast the past year that refuses to bring the food to the door. He even questioned my health and why I could not come to his car to get the food. He didn't want to get out because of the rain. He came up to the door and sarcastically asked how are my knees. I showed him my wound from my recent arm surgery and I'm sure he felt like an idiot. My question is how is he still working for you as a delivery driver who doesn't want to deliver? At this point I truly don't recommend this place to anyone. Not worth...

I absolutely love Kokopelli’s. whenever I decide to do take out this is the first place I check out. Obviously with the prices of everything increasing, their prices have stayed the same. Their food is superb, they truly are fantastic. I’ve lived in Wappingers for 20 years and Hyde Park for 8, and to me they definitely are what I would consider a staple to the community. I’ve ordered quite a bit of everything from their menu, and their always willing to modify your order when you ask. My personal favorite is the Burrito Grande. The rice is never over or under cooked, it’s moist, the pinto beans are bigger than what most places offer, and the choices of meat (I always pick the sierra chicken which has a nice heat profile) are never a disappointment. Well - I tried this place - Very Very disappointed !

"Meat"balls are really just bread-egg balls with very little meat. LOL --- you get two meatballs cut in 1/2 to look like four ? What is this? I was shocked ! Cut in Half ! --Flat on one side !

Chicken Kokopelli was thin and overcooked - swimming over a few strands of spaghetti. Strands ! Where is the pasta? it's cheap ! Seriously.

Pasta alfredo with chicken - had no taste. We had add lots of salt, pepper, and my own parmesian cheese. Very little chicken - cut in thin, flat squares.

Lasagna with meat sauce (which I ordered instead of the manicotti because it was meat sauce - was marinara - no meat. Portion was very tiny.

There are so many, many other Italian restaurants in Poughkeepsie and Hyde Park which are a trillion times better than Kokopelli's.
