SPOILED FOOD* Ordered via uber eats Wednesday night - I ordered a soup that I never received and if they ran out they could’ve atleast reached out to inform me of this like other restaurants would. Moving on to the real issue - My chicken was undercooked and completely pink throughout both pieces and the rest of my food was literally spoiled. When I initially received the food and tried opening the bag I was hit with a strong unpleasant smell that made me gag, but I brushed it off thinking it was the smell of the fish soup mixed with all the other food scents so I brushed it off (before I noticed I didn’t receive the soup). It didn’t click in my head and the smell didn’t make sense until I decided to eat - I started realizing the food tasted weird after eating a portion (somewhat of a spoiled taste) and once I decided to smell it, I then realized that it was indeed spoiled and thats why it had the weird taste. I was sick and in and out the bathroom from Thursday at 1 am until around 5 pm!! - No exaggeration. I’ve never experienced that and it really is completely unacceptable - if I didn’t notice when I did I would’ve probably ended up in the hospital but luckily I caught it before I ate too much. I tried eating as soon as my food was delivered so it couldn’t be that I had it sitting out for an extended period of time which caused this - It was definitely spoiled before I received the food. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from them again and you guys should really be more mindful of what you serve to customers. I genuinely tried to support a small business but this is not something I can look past and had to write this review to make others aware - its not like a missing item or cold food, my health was literally...

Home made ice cream served by the owner Simone. She explained her process and one can tell she is the Ice cream Queen in house. The hard ice cream she makes has a fresh dairy taste with some fine discreet ice crystals- giving it away as home made. No preservative and emulsifiers. She has Soursop and a stout flavored version hidden away in a corner. Very warm and welcoming. The product is high on intensity of flavor - every single one. Even the strawberry tasted of a LOT of strawberry! The stout tasted of the hops and beer - and not just a “ sprinkle “. The medium ice cream had HUGE portions! The coffee one was strong. It’s going to be a mainstay during our Hudson valley trip.

She also serves some island dishes and her take out business in a Saturday afternoon was humming ! ...

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING ICE CREAM, SHAKES, BURGERS, FRIES, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My first visit was just a couple days ago, and I was blown away by how delcious and creamy the homemade ice cream was (I got peach and banana cream pie!). This evening, my boyfriend and I decided to stop in and try the burgers...we grabbed them to go, and they were SO BEYOND GOOD—besides being very surprisingly HUGE—and the flavors and textures were so beyond perfect that I called the shop after we finished eating to tell them how much we enjoyed them & our meal as a whole. We literally said "wow," after every bite. Definitely about to be come regulars, and I agree with a previous reviewer: RUN DON'T WALK TO SU'GAR!!! Five stars is not...
