Stopped in recently on a Friday night.
Was greeted by a hostess that and asked if we had a reservation. Only 1/4 of the inside dining area was occupied, all of the other tables were set and empty. This seems like a great way for the restaurant to run up alcohol sales by drive people to the bar under the guise of waiting for a table.
Our waitress didn't seem very interested in her job right from the start. It felt like it was FOREVER until our food was ready, with the restaurant only marginally busier than we arrived. When the food was finally ready, one item was missing. She did go have the kitchen make that missing item and brought it to the table. My wife's veggie burger crumbled apart, whatever they're using as a binder doesn't hold up. My meal was OK.
When it was time for the check, our waitress' inattention came back again, to the point that she ran my CC for another table and didn't realize the mistake until returning the receipts to the table and I had to sign. I realized it before signing and had to wait for her to return, disappear FOREVER while staff figured out how to void the prior transactions and correct it.

Read moreWe were surprised at the quality of our meal here. We got some gift certificates with our season passes so we came to try it out. The service was great, they had a nice craft beer selection but the food was the star. We ordered the shrimp and scallop peppardelle and wow, it was excellent. The scallops and shrimp were huge and cooked perfectly. The pasta was obviously fresh with a very nice texture. My only suggestion would be to serve a bit more pasta as it was overwhelmed by the panceta. I ordered a burger, I wasn't feeling very adventurous, it was also excellent. The burger was cooked a bit more than I asked for but it turned out to be pretty perfect, nice soft bun, fresh hot French fries with the skin on. This was the best meal we've had out in ages. The restaurant itself is clean and fresh but not overly fancy or opulent. The view of Song's modest slopes was nice and the fire outside was welcoming. We...
Read moreWe had such a wonderful experience at Heugas Alpine Restaurant and Bar! We went with a larger group (including our dog, who was happily accommodated on the patio) and ended up staying past closing time while catching up. The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming—they encouraged us to relax, socialize, and never once made us feel rushed despite running overtime.
The food was delicious, well priced and beautifully prepared. Every member of the team was incredibly friendly, treating us like old friends rather than just guests. The manager even came out to check on us and offered to take a group photo, which was such a thoughtful touch.
The atmosphere of the patio is beautiful—cozy and inviting, with a great fireplace that added to the warm vibes. Overall, it was a memorable evening, and we can’t wait...
