Eli's Bagel Shop — Restaurant in Town of Ramapo

Eli's is a Monsey land mark. It's a place where every Monsey'er old-timer would feel at home. They have a big selection of breakfast and lunch food, bagels, spreads, and vegetables. Coffee, and a full fridge of soft drinks. They also have great verity of delicious baked goods. And then hot food for lunch. The store is a bit expensive for these stuff, but the bargain is the breakfast special with a bagel, egg's, a coffee and Eli's famous home fries, (if you never tasted it you are really missing out). The only thing that bothers me about this place is that the store is not updated and may use some renovation. But one thing is sure Eli's is the best place to eat...

Wow what a delightful experience! Came Friday morning the place was packed with a Yeshiva from Lakewood a million things were going on yet still my order was taken fairly quickly everyone was so pleasant and friendly a real mom and pop type place. The service was really a pleasure! I got the hobo sandwich (hate calling my food that🤔) I’ve been hearing about it for years from my Monsey people and it’s really was good. The hash browns or home fries as they call them really are delicious never had better they were so good we ordered more even though we really were full that good! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! I used to love this place and would have said they had good customer service but when it came to a situation where they mistakenly messed up my order and gave me something that I did not want or like, instead of kindly helping me and or offering me a refund the manager screamed at me and told me to never come back to his store. Any place where they cant own up to a simple mistake and be kind about it, and instead get hostile deserves a 1...
