the pizza itself is delicious fresh and hot the problem is that the people who attend never listen to the order are always rushing or waiting for more than 10 minutes and when they take the order they give you bad customer service with those people based on my experience I am a frequent customer of this papa jhon's

Whenever I order pizza and wings I ask about the sauce on the side unfortunately no more than twice in a row what happens that they forget the sauce when I tell them to please be sure that they give me the sauce angry they tell me that they are going to send me the sauce I tell them that he send me other wings and I will return these cold ones because I wanted to eat them with the hot sauce and not all cold ones very bad customer service by the employees of papa jhons spring valley in the end it is their fault not mine that the sauce do not come and I have to call to remind you and they just say you will want the sauce yes o no I says yes if takes another 45 minutes to arrive with the sauce very bad...

Cheddar sticks and Oreo bites are delicious but please be aware that they are not worth it without a coupon because they are expensive and can cost up to 15-16 dollars for sides. Additionally, the cheddar sticks were not evenly cooked with garlic sauce, some tasted perfect while other parts were more salty and you couldn't even taste the garlic. Moreover, they are stingy with the dipping sauce, and provided the smallest dipping sauce container I have ever seen, which was only enough to dip three cheddar sticks. On the bright side, if your cheddar sticks are cooked right then they taste good without the sauce. The Oreo bites were on point and had enough Oreo in them to taste them in the dough but it's overly sweet with the sugary glaze on them. I feel like they should have an option for no sugar on top of them since the Oreos are more than enough to make a good dessert. The Oreo bites helped to balance out the saltiness of the cheddar bites. Overall, this is a good place to try with coupons but not...

This is by far THE WORST papa johns in the area !! I placed an order online & for some odd reason it was set for pickup .. I was under the impression that it was for delivery & after two hours went by I called the company to inquire on my order. They told me the order was for pickup & it was my fault and they wouldn't do anything to help me. I offered to pay more for delivery & they said that was ok but once I asked for a fresh pizza they told me no !! after a long conversation with the store rep I was forced to come pick up my order & they told me my pizza was fresh JUST to discover it is ice cold !! I would NEVER reccommend this location to anyone ! If my order was ready two hours ago, it is COMMON sense to call the guest & find out what's going on. Instead they put ful blame on me & sent me and my daughter home in the pouring rain with a cold pizza that I paid for !! DUSCUSTING...
