Top Shelf Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Richmond

I ordered 2 pizzas one with just pepperoni and one with pepperoni, sausage, and mushrooms, and asked for it to be well done. I got these pizzas delivered atb6pm on a wendsday, not exactly a busy day. I had company over (3 teenagers) and my family. Both pizzas had raw dough still. No body ate more then one slice due to it being gross. The next day I tried to call the manager and was told that he was not in. I told the people quick what happened and gave them my information. Noone ever called me back. So I called again on Friday and was told by the manager that there was nothing that he would for me because I did not call that night. I had company over and by this point is was 6:30 and it would have been 7:30 by the time I got new pizzas. That would have not helped anything. All I asked for was half my money back (25$) and I would bring him the pizza back to see. Once again he said that there was nothing he would due because I did not call that night. I feel like what I was asking was not that much, after all I paid 56$ including tip on pizza that even teens would not eat. I have bought pizza there before and it was raw then also. Thats why I wanted it well done. I will never go back here again!!!! Papa Joe's pizza...

Their food is great and the menu is great, but their customer service leaves something to be desired. I ordered a cheeseburger plate, and they gave me a hamburger plate. When I got home, I didn't think it was worth going back for a couple pieces of cheese. I called expecting to at least get credit for the extra amount I payed for the cheese, but they wouldn't do anything unless I came back and got a new one. I placed an order for delivery, and called an hour and a half later when they hadn't shown up yet. They came half an hour later, and charged full price despite the fact that I had waited two hours for my order to arrive (and I live a mile away from the store). Also, the girl who typically answers the phone is rather rude. However, like I mentioned previously, their food is very good so I continue to order from them. Obviously, some changes have been made since I last wrote a review (below) of Top Shelf Pizza. I recently gave them another chance, and the pizza was fantastic, the service was prompt and cheerful, and they have won me back as a regular customer....From my 2 star review of 2023: Top Shelf has been a staple for us for two years. Recently, their pizza has gone WAY downhill. The pizza dough seems different and less flavorful. The dough is too thin in the middle, too thick on the outside. The toppings look like they were thrown by the handful in the middle, contributing to a soggy center, and pieces that can't be picked up and eaten.
