Omgosh do not wait to eat at Mana’s! My husband and I just came from having dinner there. Don’t give up before you start! Drive through the Marbletown complex, follow the signs to Mana Cafe ( easy parking) Walk into a spare, no fuss sparkling clean dining room ( a former school cafeteria) The food is decidedly upwards from school food. Everything fresh and made to order – Skillfully and with lots of love. We shared calamari with two dipping sauces, My husband had chicken marsala, I had pork tacos - we each had small salads, mine a Caesar, my husband a fresh house salad. Iced coffees because it was still quite warm outside. I cannot emphasize how good everything was - And the prices? Absolutely amazingly affordable; I’ll just say a 10th of the price of a recent very delicious meal at Red Onion in Woodstock.
Do yourself a favor and go before all the foodies discover it. And they will discover it, It’s THAT good.
