For a (mostly) new Wendy's - all the employees should be kissing butt to grow their customer base. From my review (see below), and others I have read, this Wendy's is either not going to be around much longer, or hopefully corporate will step in and fire the manager(s) and all the crew and start fresh and properly.
My Review: At the drive thru speaker, among other items, I asked for a Peach Mello Yello (as I know they have the multi-functional soda machine from Coke). The guy on the speaker started to spout off which lemonade I wanted and then proceeded to name them all. I stopped him and said again - Peach Mello Yello. He said "Mello Yello, ok" and I pulled around. After paying, he hands me a regular Mello Yello, and I (again) said "No, PEACH Mello Yello", to where he gave me a very dirty look and then gave me a peach one. He handed my bag of food, said nothing and closed the window. I looked in my bag - no sauce for the nuggets. He finally came back to the window and said "What?!". I said that he forgot my sauce, he got me one and abruptly closed the window again. I left

Read moreThe worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. I was only going there on NYE afternoon to get my free Frostys because my coupons from the Halloween coupon book were expiring that day. I ordered 2 bacon mushroom cheeseburgers, a medium fry, a 1.99 kids meal (coupon from Halloween book) and 3 free kids frosty’s (also coupons from Halloween coupon book.). He rushed me so bad during the ordering in the drive through like I kept telling him I had more to order and he kept telling me to drive forward. Then I get to the window and he gives me my food but doesn’t give me my card back. I didn’t notice at first. I went to a parking spot to check my order and I was missing the toy from my kids meal. I went in and asked for a toy and both the man who took my order and the female food worker had no idea what I was saying. Finally they gave me a toy after I kept pointing to where they were. I go back to my car and was about to drive away when I noticed that I didn’t have my debit card so I went back in and asked for my debit card and he said oh OK here it is and gave it back to me. The next day I looked at my bank statement, and there was my charge and also another charge that was done after my charge. He used my card on the next person’s order before giving it back to me. Read moreI understand that what you get is what you get when you go to a fast food place and I try really hard to have patience and give a fast food joint a second chance because maybe the first time I went, they were short staffed or something else happened. This particular Wendy's in Rotterdam by Pilot is the worst fast food place I have gone to yet! To start, whether you go through the drive thru or walk in to order, it takes the place 30+ minutes to complete your order. AND THEY DO NOT GET IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!!!! This store needs new management or new employees who can be trained properly to make sure the business runs efficiently and can provide better customer service. Again, I understand that there are days where customer service just isn't going to be top-of-the-line, BUT COME ON!!!! Every single visit and it's the same service; AWFUL!!!!!!! Management really needs to reassess this particular location because within the last year, it has gone down hill and has not been a pleasant experience. Good luck. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. You are better off going across the street to Subway or the Pizza Place! You'll get much better service at those places!
