Chop's Shop Pizzeria — Restaurant in Town of Royalton

I ordered for the second time because I absolutely LOVED There BBQ wings the first time. I picked up my order about 10:30 on a Saturday night. Employees were still receiving a bunch of orders and there was 3 other customers waiting on there orders in store. By the time I got home and ate what I could of the 1/2 sheet and 30 wings that appeared to be very much OVER cooked so much so that my son would eat more that 2 of them! I managed to eat 4 of them they still had great flavor but so tough they were hard and my opinion not edible!! Because they were bizzy and it being so late I waiting to call until the next day.. I was offered 15% discount now mind u that 24 wings were not consumed due to restaurants over cooking them... I get it things happen but what gets me is I was offered the 15% because I waiting to call.. it was closed, it was late, I wasn't happy after spending almost 60.00 and not getting to enjoy what I wanted to eat, now I can't get a 3rd of the order replaced or even 1/2 because I didn't call at midnight when I'm sure they would have probably not have answered, if they were still there. Idk (only my 2nd experience) unaware of the way things are done. (Just moved back from Florida). They lady I spoke to was going to call the owner and give me a call back... no phone call Sunday night no phone call Monday so Tuesday (TODAY) I call only to be made once again like it was my fault in some way cuz I didn't call. Never mind no call back to me for over two days... WELL my names in the book for 15% off!!! No apologies for the inconvenience over cooked food or the phone call that was never Returned. And I still have the wings was willing to bring them down.. pretty upset about this one!!! Not very good customer satisfaction at all and it's to bad cuz I really like the food...

We have been coming to chops for almost 8 years now...and my family and friends have never had a complaint, we were very happy to support a young local business...that being said, lately things just seems to be getting more and more bland... the pizza is ok ... if you eat it immediately, and the wings the last 3 times have been huge... big nobly rounds and barley any edible meat on them... 2 visits ago they were raw still, and we don't want to be complainers... but I felt compelled to say something here in the hopes that maybe chop will get this constructive criticism, and maybe put a little bit more quality control into his business, especially since wings are super expensive... and it seems to that the quality has dipped ever since the opening of the bar... Please don't get me wrong, I want to keep coming to this fantastic place! But I have years of experience in the food service and preparation industry, and have run kitchens, and I understand, so please take this and move forward to better...

Service was absolutely terrible tonight. This has been one of our favorites to order pizza and wings from. Honestly, after the poor customer service I had tonight, I don’t think we will be ordering from there for awhile.

I ordered $87 worth of food: half sheet with 30 wings(half medium and half bourbon bbq), potato skins, jalapeno poppers, 10 bbq boneless wings. Was told 40 minutes. Got there 42 minutes later and still had to wait another six minutes. They got my name wrong…I’m used to it…whatever. Got home ready to eat. My daughter opened up her boneless wings and it was traditional wings. I immediately called and told them. They told me to bring the wrong wings down and they would give me my boneless wings.
