Checked out Ports Pizza and was extremely impressed from the minute we walked in the door up until we left. Instantly greeted by multiple workers behind the counter ready to serve us and offer suggestions of what to order. After looking over the menu we decided on Cheese & Cup Chard Pep Pizza and a Chicken Finger Sub. after an hour and 20 minutes of waiting I called to check on my order and they said sorry we never put it in, first excuse was the line got disconnected, then when I said it def didn’t they claimed I told them I’d call back with a card and never did, I told them cash when they asked originally, then said they can put it in now but it will be 45 minutes, didn’t even offer a discount for an apology. Went last night and got an amazing steak & cheese sub for about $11. My bf and I split it on the way home from work came tonite for two LG steak & cheese subs again, bc let's face it, it was so delicious the night before! We got two 20oz drinks as well. Total was $27 which is a bit pricey in my opinion. The subs were very good but just didnt hit the spot for us like they did last night. Still great subs and awesome service.
