Now today I had the melanzana (eggplant) panino (sangwich) and he looked at me and smiled and said “ you’re gonna like the eggplant” 🍆 immediately what came to my mind and out my mouth “grandma?” He said “you know it”. my grandma viola would make the 🍆 but it was her mother’s,mother’s,mother’s recipe… you get it… same here… you can taste it. You close your eyes and dream 🛌 of a time when you were little tugging at Nani’s leg as she’d would cut me a hunk of the parmesano reggiano and I loved it with 🍇 and out the kitchen I ran as she rolled the cavatele. This place is just a good local spot … I’ll stop now because I’ll write a book about this place. The sauce , the dough, everything…. 🔥 and the bread 🥖 for your panino...

I just moved to Henrietta and am trying to get familiar with new places to eat. Was craving pizza one day, was gonna DoorDash but decided I didn’t want to pay all the additional fees. I saw this restaurant listed and decided to pick up. This is my go to pizza spot, I won’t even bother trying another other place. This food is fantastic, everything hits, and the owner is super nice and friendly. Oh and I almost forgot to mention that on top of great food and service, the prices are amazing. Compared to some of the other local places i previously tried, I saved money coming...

Ordered a medium pizza and chicken parm sub for our first time trying Montesano’s Pizza. Definition of Mom & Pop Italian pizza. Thicker crust, western NY style pizza with plenty of cheese and toppings (crispy bottom!). Chicken Parm sub had some weight to it with chicken, cheese and sauce edge to edge.

Overall a great food experience for this locally owned 3rd generation Italian pizza shop. I will definitely be back to try other menu items (homemade pasta and other...
