McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of Saugerties

I ordered Quarter pounder cheese bacon burger at McDonald's in the rest area... and there no bacon in it, like literally. I feel ripped off and it's like ordering cheese burger but paying more comparing to other's people order I went with. Also the texture of the patty is actually burned and I'm only tasting mustard & ketchup that's already on it. I'm probably won't eat at that McDonald's rest area for a while. Also the recipient attached to box was hard to read like they were low on ink or something. 🥶 I'm giving 2 stars because I didn't get bacon in the burger I wanted which would be automatic 1 star but adding it's only 1 person working in there since I feel sorry for them working alone...

This is one of the worst McDonalds i have visited in my life. First they call themselves as independently owned. The reason is so that they can pump up the prices by 50% or more and based on the crowd have their own prices. They know that its a Rest stop and many families will be there to visit thinking its a normal McDonald and there where they find the opportunity to rip you off your money. A customer before me was asked to pay $50 for a breakfast and coffee. She just cancelled the whole order and went off. Either these guys should not call themselves McDonalds or have someone come and check their quality of food and service. Its just the WORST MC DONALD do not go to that rest...

I'm glad to see McDonald's is updating their atmosphere to resemble more of a diner feel then a fast food eatery with the horrible bright colors they used to have. I am also glad to see they are removing their playrooms, or putting them in a separate section, so you can enjoy the meal if you happen not to be there with children.
