Rose 32 cafe — Restaurant in Town of Saugerties

This is a great little place we tried for the first time. It’s so cute! The food is great. We had breakfast sandwiches and they were hot and fresh. There does not appear to be any indoor seating currently as it’s a food truck but they have picnic tables with large umbrellas covering them. I don’t know if they have any sort of restroom available either. I should have asked. The owners are super friendly and nice. There are lots of plants including tons of large tomato and pepper plants set around in tubs and the owner came out and picked some cherry tomatoes and shared them with us! So good!! They serve lunch too and we will definitely go back for that, as well as breakfast again. The only minor thing is that it’s right on Rt 32 so there is traffic going by that can be a bit loud but it didn’t bother us. This place just HIT the spot. They legit took me to heaven and back. I had The Steaky Melt, and my fiancé had the Cutlet Special, and both were out of this world. So much flavor, steak cooked really well, onions caramelized perfectly. Chips and pickle were delicious too. The Chia tea is also really good, just perhaps a bit too much honey than I'm used to, but still delicious! They pumped out food within like 5 minutes and had a really nice outdoor picnic area to eat. We stopped off and had a very filling and delicious lunch under the cheerful red umbrellas. The owner greeted us warmly and immediately got busy with our orders. A Beefy and a Caprese sandwiches which we split. The bread was fresh and soft. The servings were so generous we had to get a to go box.
