Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Schodack

So I really love some of the staff at this location. Very friendly and always a smile. Great face to face customer service! However my coffee/ latte, isn’t always right. Unfortunately as of lately usually not right. I know my coffee, I order it exactly the same, each time, but sadly it’s a rarity it’s correct lately. Consistency should be key. But things happen and i had overlooked that especially being able to relate in the service industry. But it does kinda get annoying at 5 something a latte and it repeatedly is something you can’t drink. They started staying open till 11, GREAT loved that! But it was extremely short lived. It was said business wasn’t productive in the extra open hours, but truth be told, it hadn’t been open to 11 long enough to respectively come to that business decision, As it takes time for people to realize and become accustomed to the new hours. So now unfortunately I can’t stop on the way home like I usually would. What’s even more frustrating and why I chose to write this review is, now they close at 8 again. They don’t have a posted limited menu after a certain time, so I can’t understand why on a Friday night at 7:24pm, they can’t make a latte, and cold or frozen drinks because they are closing soon. And also can’t do grilled cheese for the same reason. ( has happened more than a few times but the specific day and time is most recent) So in conclusion, like I said there are some great people who I have encountered here, but the rest has made me decide to stop way less frequently. And I was a regular every day, sometimes twice a day customer. My hope is that reviews like this don’t “get people in trouble “ that’s not at all my intention. But maybe, hopefully it’s read and most important, improvement can be made from it. I’m still giving 5 stars because again it’s not to get anyone in trouble but hopefully management can use it as a coaching...

I usually dont care for reviewig anything but Im getting into it. I work at a Panera on some weekdays and my boss actually prints up and reads us our reviews and a lot of them are really helpful to the busness. I go to this Dunkin a lot, actually, probs more than I shouldand it's always before my Panera shift so likeafter 3:30 . Sometimes I make my way back after Panera tooso late shift But There's a girl with redishh hair who's really really really extra nice I honestly didn't read name tags but she has her hair in a ponytail & she's soo nice mmakes the place pleasant!! Thereis a dude who works there with a nose piercing (thats literally all ik) and he is cute but seems like he's always on drugs. Like.. HARD DRUGS. idk, not a bad person or mean just kinda always depressedn There's another guy therewith tattoos on his arms (Idk if its both arms but one arm has a lot of tattoos & hes gorgeous so props for that. has a REALL Y deep voice.) he is alwyas nice and gets my order right every single time and like I said hes cute so that' is a bonus!! He helps the red hair girl a lot which is really kind of him. seems like they rlly keep the place together. there's one othe girl there I can't tell if her hair is blonde or sometjhing else but she wears a different color shirt than the other employees and she honestly is so unpleasant its not eve =funnyy she NEVER smiles and she's mousy and quiet and doesn't even talk & idko why her shirt its a different color but I sure hope that's not the manager of the place. i honestly thought the tattoo guy was a manager but then idk i kinda assume he's not now. anyways, idk if anyone will ever read this at all, but working in food service, reviews are actually really important so i thought i would give one :)))...

This Dunkin' has taken my patience to many times. Today I went at around 10:40 AM. The drive thru only had 4 cars which is busier with usual but still not enough to cause a problem. It took us about 10 minutes to get up the the speaker to order. As soon as we (my grandmother and I) tried to speak the women over the speaker told us she would be right with us. Another couple of minutes waiting. We ordered our first item which was an untoasted bagel with a sausage patty. She didn't say anthing and it remained silent for 30 seconds or so (This happened with every item we ordered which was only 4). But when I ordered my Peppermint Mocha Latte she asked if it was a hot drink. Like I don't know lady! You work here! Regardless we finished ordering took us 5 minutes to get up to the window to grab our food. She asked if we had the Hot Coffee with 3 cream and Mini Stuffed Everything Bagel Bites. I told her "no" and that we had the untoasted bagel with a sausage patty and a medium Peopermint Mocha. She gave us our drink first then our food. Almost forgot about our donuts. When we drove away I opened my drink because it didn't smell "pepperminty" like its supposed to...later did I find out it was the hot coffee with 3 creams that she mentioned before even though my grandmother and I told her it was a Peppermint Mocha. They need to find some new staff. Not just some...
