Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Schoharie

It was probably 6:45pm on a Sunday , they close at 7pm. Female ginger with glasses took our order, I got three sandwiches, three hash browns and three refreshers (all for my children bc it was a very long day of driving) & two wake up wraps(for myself). Totaling $39! We are not from this area I explained to the lady at the counter hoping she would be understanding as to why I ordered so much & accuracy is important. I wasn’t aware that they closed at 7pm at the time. They gave us our food and basically rushed us out the door to lock up ( girl was just standing behind me waiting as I grabbed napkins and ketchup , didn’t have time to check the bag) checked the bag when I got into the car and was missing a whole sandwich ! They already locked up and their avoidant behavior told me not to go through the drive thru because I know myself and I already know where I’m willing to take it 🙃 YOU DO NOT HAVE A HARD JOB IVE WORKED FOR DUNKIN AND ITS ONE OF THE EASIEST JOBS WHEN IT COMES TO CLOSING ! I also seen one of the girls handling food with no gloves and I will be notifying corporate. Play with someone else’s time and money if not your own ! I have been going to this Dunkin' for a few years now! Normally they are spot on, however today's experience was horrible.....not once but twice!!! The first trip on our way to Albany, we went through the Drive-Thru, placed our order which consisted of 3 cold drinks, a sandwich, hash browns, and plain stuffed bagel bites! It seriously took close to 15 minutes for our order to be completed. This time the cheese was burned on my daughter's sandwich to the point it was brown! Not to mention the stuffed bagel bites were cold! Fast forward to about three hours later, on our way back from Albany we figured we'd stop again. This time they made 2 iced lattes incorrectly, reusing the same cups to make the correct lattes which tasted HORRIBLE! We also ordered three hot chocolates, one with whip cream and two without. Unfortunately they managed to get this wrong as well! Not to mention we waited close to another 15 minutes for the order. This Dunkin is similar to playing Russian roulette. You either hit it at the right time or not, and the staff is hit or miss. I do not wish this review to be aimed at all the staff, because like I said it's a game of Russian roulette here, they're either decent and get the order right, or you get a few that just don't care and the orders are not correct. My biggest complaint is the severe understaffing during peak hours, almost like clock work from 7:30am to around 8:30am it's a very long and Slowwwww line and I'd just assume take my business elsewhere.
