Stopped in here on a whim when traveling through Schoharie. Figured we'd grab a bite. Grated the joint appears to be a decent pizza place, but when we came in we sat down at the table, reviewed the menu and never received any service from a waiter/waitress. Not sure if that's the normal for this restaurant. After some time, we decided to approach the front of the kitchen area to place an order as if we were picking up. Some of what we had agreed to order was unavailable, which is fine. We sat back down and reviewed the menu. We then placed an order for pretzel bites, 2 separate white Mac and cheese and asked for chicken for each order. We also ordered a taco salad, a chicken wrap and chicken tenders and fries meal for a child. After waiting some time for the food, when we were finally served, the food came out packaged to go, and a member of the Staff was kind enough to bring us utensils and dishes that would best be described as prison lunch trays. Once we began to distribute the packed food to everyone at the table, we immediately noticed that the two orders of Mac and cheese came in a single container (combined the two orders into one) and my wrap didn't come with a pickle although stated it did. Putting aside the odd service, we decided to judge solely on the food and began to eat. After our first bites, we immediately noticed that the Mac and cheese we ordered was cold like it wasn't cooked and had no chicken. The pretzel bites were like someone just pulled them out of the fridge. Side salads that came with the Mac and cheese came with the wrong dressing. A member of our party approached someone at the counter with the cold food and asked them politely to reheat the cold food, and they did. We also mentioned the missing chicken, and they made sure to add that, but for two servings of Mac and cheese, gave one chicken tenders worth of chicken. After rerecieving the food warm, we began to eat dinner. We were wholey underwhelmed and disappointed with both the quality of the food and the overall service experience that we received. Even the minut details, like the sauce that came with the pretzel bites was just off. We tasted the sauce, and it seemed to be out of date or if something was wrong with it. When a member of the party asked what the sauce was, the staff was unable to even identify what the sauce was. We finished what we could of our meals and decided to head out. We did leave the table a mess and didn't provide a tip, but feel it's justified based on the experience. We'd recommend that they review their menu and don't take on more than what's within their capability.
Edit: apparently having take out and delivery on the menu clarified that the restaurant isn't a sit in (which I guess means all restaurants have this meaning now?) The owner needs to learn how to take criticism, cause every negative review, it's apparently never them, it's always the customer. All of us were very polite when addressing issues we had. The sauces that came with the pretzel bites that apparently are clarified below are NOT what we got. There was a raspberry dip, and a dip NOBODY (not even their own people)...

Got delivery, said I was sick and to please put it on the front porch. Left a tip on the porch for the driver. The driver wrote me and said āhello this is your piasanos driver.. i have your order.. I know y'all are sick but u do need to sign your slip.. and add a tip if possibleā for starters, I think asking for a tip is WILD if she doesnāt even know that I had one on the porch because she sat in her car for 10 minutes before contacting me. And I said leave on porch in my notes so I didnāt infect them with the sickness. Apparently she didnāt care. The food was disgusting. The boneless wings were dry, my pizza was mediocre at best and the meatball sub was absolutely disgusting. It was soggy, and the meatballs were burnt and had no taste to them. Contacted the store about it. They said they would send me a driver back to my house to pick up the food which is great, however I already contaminated the food with my Covid and threw it out when my family realized how gross the food was. So not only do they want me to pick the food out of my garbage, they also would like my Covid infested food to bring to their restaurant. Can you say UNSANITARY and UNSAFE? Also I attached the text that the driver is saying she never sent to me.
Ended up disputing with my card company. Have never experienced such a thing with another restaurant. Definitely...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe order here all the time. But the last two times, their times have been awful for delivery. Waited almost 2 hours for a 12 cut and 20 wings tonight. Called at 530 and placed the order. Called them them an hour in to our waiting and was told it just came out the oven and on its way. Another 45 minutes of waiting and the driver comes (720pm). Pizza and wings are both ice cold. The pizza is undercooked and not what we ordered either. Called to let them know and was given an attitude in regards to them being busy. Tried to explain that it was wrong and ice cold. Mind you, Iāve had two littles ( 2 and 4) waiting for dinner. Guy tells me he can remake it and send it out but they needed what they delivered back. I ask them how long and it would be another hour at least (but we would be first to be delivered). I tried to explain that two piece had been already given to the littles, but they demanded the whole order to be returned. HOW DO YOU TAKE PIZZA FROM TWO LITTLES WHO HAD WAITED ALMOST TWO HOIRS FOR DINNER? $50 for dinner that I had to finish cooking and warm up! Weāve been customers for 4 years....
