Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Town of Sennett

Something is really wrong with the management at this Pizza Hut. I recommend going elsewhere. I don't have the name of the lady I spoke with. She worked there on Wednesday 4/24/24. I ordered a medium pizza online and three charges for the one pizza were made to my account. I assume that money went to Pizza Hut. I called for them to fix the issue, and the manager was very nasty to me. There phone wasn't working and I patiently repeated my phone number over and over. She said they only charged me once and the problem is with the bank. She mocked me like I was stupid, as if it's unreasonable to not want to be charged multiple times for the same order.

I wonder if this Pizza Hut steals account information from online because after I got off the phone with her my account is continuing to be charged. My account has now been six times for this one order. I could be wrong, but these are legitimate concerns.

This manager was unprofessional and rude. This is the norm for Auburn, NY. People from all over agree the restaurants here are the worst they've ever experienced. I guess I'll now have to add Pizza Hut to the list and move when I can.

Where is corporate to fire or train these people? Basic courtesy and professionalism should have been learned as a child really. This lady went so far as to mock me. She should be reprimanded and trained more on customer service or fired.

Well, maybe this review won't matter to corporate and maybe it will. But for all of you who read the reviews don't try this Pizza Hut. They aren't respectful and if anything goes wrong they won't make it right.

I'm trying to reach my bank now to see if there was credit theft from my purchase through their website. If the problem is on Pizza Hut's end I will find someone else there and hopefully have this stolen money returned. Can you imagine paying $78 for one $13 medium pizza?

Hoping when I check my account these charges do not continue. I hope this never happens to you because instead them being concerned and trying to get to the bottom of it they will treat you like you're an idiot. Do yourself a favor, and don't...

....3-26-24 update went here again today. They have the pizza buffet every Tuesday from 12-2pm.It had a nice variety of pizzas and pastas. The place was very busy.... They have ample parking. The parking lot itself has Huge pot holes and is in need of repair. So be careful in the parking lot with your vehicle.Typical pizza chain food menu. Went here for lunch with my daughter.It sucked to hear they no longer do the pizza lunch buffet. We used too live too get thet.They still have a salad bar though. The salad bar seemed to have less toppings available. I ordered the all you can eat salad bar for $9.99.My daughter ordered the new lunch special they have. It comes with a drink .You pick any two from a list for $9.99 .She ordered the personal pan pizza & wings. You can also choose one topping for the pizza. she got pepperoni. I was surprised it came with the bone in wings. Was glad because my daughter isn't a big fan of boneless wings.Overall the food was ok. It was standard pizza hut quality.The crowd started too pick up. They only had waitress on when we were there. The server was very attentive...

As a huge Pizza hut fan I can never be fully mad but I did find my last experience rather kind of disappointing. I placed a large order for some family and friends about 5 hours in advance on the app, just to make sure they had time to get everything ready, especially if it gets super busy. When I show up for my order at the time I selected my order sadly wasn't ready and I didn't end up making it out of the restaurant until about 20 minutes after the expected time. At the end of the day I get it, things happen so I wasn't going to make a big deal out of the delay. Then when I get home after driving 40 minutes each way (there and back), I open up my order only to find that I didn't receive two orders of cheese bread sticks, and along with that not a single side of icing to go along with my three orders of cinnamon sticks. Overall just very disappointing since it something that is kind of rare to get and I made a longer just to try to help support my closest pizza hut. Honestly, rating would probably be much lower if I wasn't such a big fan and I wish they would show me...
