BEST COFFEE EXPERIENCE IN MY ENTIRE LIFETIME
Okay let me start from the beginning of time. I live approximately 3 minutes from a simple roast and have never stopped to get coffee until this past October 2020. I was told the prices were WAY to high and the lines were way to long. One day I decided to give it a chance and it blew my mind. The lines were very long about 6 cars ahead of me but my total wait time was less than 12 minutes. When I pulled up I told the barista ive never been here before and im not sure how it works. I gave them my order and she helped me sign up for the rewards program. It was about $4.75 for a large iced cold brew coffee with a few flavors in it. This coffee was phenomenal, and my addiction only grew from here. I love trying all of the different monthly flavors! My palette has definitely enhanced as I no longer desire Dunkin or Starbucks coffee, I long for something REAL and flavorful. Once you have a sip of this coffee you will notice the difference in quality compared to other coffee chains. I have and will continue to recommend this coffee to family and friends. Although, I do wish they opened at 545am Fridays so I could get my coffee before I travel to Syracuse for work...
Read moreWaited 3 months to lower review from 5 stars. Kept hoping it was just an off day or week or month.
Drinks are different each time we get them now, like we can't tell if we like a special or not because it is never made the same way twice.

Ordered a rasberry white chocolate latte, and it came out red. Not pink - red. It was unbearable.
Have had drinks remade, but nobody wants to deal with that.
I still recommend their whole beans, but now that they went up in price and we can't get good drinks, we are not making the trip out here. Switched to an online option shipping from Cleveland Ohio for $1 more per bag.
Big disappointment - they have been a part of our routine for ...
Read moreI would normally not have a negative thing to say about simple roast. It's my favorite coffee. We moved to Syracuse in April. Yesterday was the first time my husband and I had coffee from the one on grant ave since then. I was immensely excited only to get a barely luke warm caramel apple latte and a coffee ordered cream, sugar, caramel and whipped cream, repeated back while being handed out the window, that has 0 sugar, maybe 1 cream, no caramel and no whipped cream. We were on our way to a baby shower and could not come back plus we already waited in line 15 minutes to begin with. Spent a total of $10 on coffee that was thrown away at the speedway down the road in replace of soda. To say I was highly disappointed is an...
