Worst Culver's food and customer service. First and last time visiting this location. We ordered 4 culvers deluxe meals and a few other things. The lady at the register asked if we wanted condiments on the burger. I said yes I want everything on it and paid for the meal. We waited for about 20 minutes and our food was dropped off. No comments made by the person who delivered it (no big deal). We open out burgers and there's only bread, and two pieces of meat, maybe a lettuce in one of ours but I can't remember. I know I wanted cheese for sure. So my sister takes the burgers back inside and was told we didn't specify if we wanted cheese. And that if we wanted cheese we should have asked for it when we paid. Usually the cahier asks if you want cheese. I forgot and assumed she added cheese bc she never asked me. Anyways, we got the cheese added. But onions, lettuce, and tomatoes was never added. I take the burgers back inside and I'm telling the cashier what happened. She dismissed me and grabbed the cashier who took my order. This cashier along with the workers standing in the back giggling about how I didn't ask for each item. I told her she only asked if we wanted condiments which I responded yes and said I wanted everything on the burger. I have NEVER had to tell a Culver's cashier every single thing I wanted on my culver deluxe (that's why it's the deluxe). She repeated herself at least 5 times thinking I'm confused, while her coworkers in the back are giggling and not being helpful. She finally tells the people in the back to give me a side of onions and tomatoes for me to add the the burgers myself. WHAT AN UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE THIS WAS FOR ME AND MY FAMILY. I have never felt this embarrassed or dismissed. Spending this much money at this place was a mistake. I did get an email from the manager at this location (wouldn't be surprised if it was the team leader who took our order) was the same one who emailed me....called it a confusion. Not a confusion, your...
Read moreUpdate: My dad visited for lunch Sunday, drive through lane. Ordering was difficult as attendant was confused. He pulled through and waited for order, just a butter burger. He watched as other orders were run out but his never came. He noticed the group in front got two bags, one was his. He finally had to go in and no one in there had a clue he didn’t get his food. They had to put another on the grill for him. He has just gotten out of the hospital and has to carry medical equipment which was difficult for him. They did give him a coupon for a value meal after he asserted himself about this inconvenience. I am very disappointed to hear this happened to him and hope management can make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
Normally well run and efficient operation with quality food. Unfortunately, after the visit today I am thinking otherwise. Came through drive-through at the noon hour, backed up eight cars waiting in wait spots and more backed up trying to order. Back up was due to a runner who was a person with disabilities challenged with physical and cognitive limitations. He did have a job coach with him, and I am all for this. However I felt badly for him and all the customers since this was an inappropriate assignment job assignment for him to perform. When we finally did get our food, it was the wrong order, had to track down the other people and exchanged with them ourselves. Both burgers were also cold, like the buns had not even been thawed out on the bottom. Generally a great place, they can remedy this issue in the future by matching him to other duties at this Culver location to perform that would be...
Read moreThere are never enough creamy lemon custard days, so when there are I get a cone at the drive through. Then I used to get party pack pints of it a day or two after to have in the freezer. The problem is that all I want is to be able to pick up a party pack in the drive through but am told you have to go inside to do that, only chocolate and vanilla pints can come out of the drive through window. One time there was literally no one in the drive through, I could see the employees lounging around in the window, the pints freezer is literally 10 feet away and I still couldn't get those pints of creamy lemon at the window. I've even tried calling ahead to no avail. I can see absolutely no reason why this is a policy or whatever it is. I have arthritis and sometimes it's difficult to go in the store. What if a disabled person wants pints at the window? It's ridiculous. I used to be a good customer of pints of that flavor. I haven't...
