I really tried to like this store, but I left the store incredibly irritated. I asked two workers for help, neither seemed knowledgeable or too eager to help. I asked for help with the arborvitaes outside and the cashier firmly said “I don’t know that is; you’ll have to bring it in.” I asked him for help so I could purchase one, I had no intent to bring the tree inside. I also asked a man in the back half of the store for help with a tubular shop light. He was more helpful, but told me I should’ve been there sooner because they were soon closing. OTR Driver here. Delivered here. Friendly efficient and prompt unloading. The dock ramp is angled at the outside of the building, they don't receive semi truckload deliveries at the building two docks that are at the rear of the building. I came in at the entrance off 18th street (where the rear building two docks are) and came around corner after noting this. You can come in at the side entrance but you'll have to get turned around and deal with the parking island, I personally found it easier to come in off 18th street and take the tighter corner around building which clears your trailer and also sets you up better for docking.
