The building is nice but that's about it. This is my local McDonald's and it's gotten worse over time. The drive-thru line takes forever, more often than not we wait in line for 20 minutes. The food is often cold/stale. You've probably come to expect that from McDonald's though, right? My biggest pet peeve with this place is that EVERY SINGLE TIME they omit an item from our order! I even asked them last time if they were certain the order was entirely there and the young man said "yes." So I opened he bag and lo and behold we were missing 2 large fries! No fries whatsoever! Then we were given cold fries (which are practically inedible they are so disgusting). I don't know who still frequents this place but not us anymore. In the last 18 months or so it's just gotten to be a horrible value. For the same cost, we have several options locally that are much more worthy. If you're just passing through, I suggest you look elsewhere. This location takes advantage of the fact that there's no other fast food chains around here....

Took a number , went to the table ,placed the number on the edge of the table in plain sight, and waited until another customer came over and said "I think your order is sitting up there on the rack"... Maybe my local McDonald's has spoiled me, or given me a level of entitlement not supplied at other McDonald's, but when I do this same thing locally, they bring the food over , take the number , and all is good. If this isn't S.O.P. then maybe the McDonald's I visited today should let customers know that this level of customer service isnt the norm, and having that device at their location is essentially useless, just order at the counter and wait it out. Maybe it's me, I didn't hear our order number called , and I thank the kind gentleman who alerted me to the order just sitting there. I only question...

He repeated my order, handed to me with a smile & thank you! Went home, taste of something was off. I called only to explain taste in case they needed to fix appliance. Manager Nikki apologized appreciated info & offered to replace at my convenience. That's customer service. Not a perfect record, that's near impossible.
