I have been a long time customer at this location, stuck it out through every staff and owner change. It had always been a fair price for the product and the service was good if not great at times. Recently we went 3 weeks in a row for "Wednesday is Sundae". Each time (different server) the sundae had more container than ice cream and the prices were higher. I thought this was because of BOGO but same thing happened on a weekend stop in. There was barely enough ice cream to clear the top edge with at least a half inch of space around the single lump of soft serve in the lrg cup. The manager or whoever was running the show tonight has terrible customer service skills. When I asked about the non dairy options, he decided to speak via a proxy rather than address me directly. In this case the teenage proxy did her best to communicate that none of the Oatly flavors were available. He then rudely waved us to the side since we seemed to be holding up the line from his point of view and take an order for the one woman standing behind us. It wasn’t exactly busy at that moment.
