Rubber chicken, watery ranch, lemon tiramisu, and violent food poisoning.

2 stars was wildly generous and only pertain to the atmosphere, portion size, and swift food prep; although making the chicken too quickly is likely what made me sick.

I’d never been here so I tried a staple: chicken tenders and fries. I also got a piece of tiramisu because I try it in every restaurant I go to. I ordered takeout from the counter and paid $42 (plus $2 for the girl who took the order.) I asked for extra ranch as well. The food was ready quickly and there are some fun crane games in the entrance. But the chicken was hard like rubber, every bite like a chewy tendon. The ranch was like water and tasted like nothing, so I’m not too disappointed that she forgot to include the extra. My boyfriend got a burrito which was huge and he said pretty good.

The dessert was my least favorite part of this meal, including the food poisoning I got later. I’ve had hundreds of tiramisu in 5 countries and 7 states- and I can definitely say this is the worst tiramisu I’ve ever had. It had lemon in it, and I know the existence of lemon tiramisu, but it’s normally labeled or has lemon zest on top. This was 100% espresso tiramisu, it just seems like someone screwed up the filling and didn’t even soak the lady fingers so it was dry as hell.

A few hours later, I’m on my hands and knees in front of the toilet, expelling all the delights that Eveready had to offer. I hadn’t eaten anything else so there is no possibility that this was anything other than poor hygiene in the kitchen.

Maybe it was a fluke. Maybe you should try it yourself. But I would recommend skepticism and not ordering poultry. I won’t...

We started with an order of onion rings and they were excellent. Hot and crispy. That is as good as it got. I ordered a chicken club sandwich. The sandwich was cold. There were about three slices of American cheese on top that were not melted. They did not include the chipotle mayo dressing, so the sandwich was very dry. French fries were OK until about halfway through eating them I found hair on one of them.

My friend ordered the tuna melt. The tuna was cold, like out of the refrigerator cold, the cheese wasn’t melted and after seeing the hair that I found he could no longer finish his food. He was going to take it home to heat it up and finish it later, but couldn’t at this point because he lost his appetite after the hair in the food.

Before we finished, The over occurred another patron about how the turkey was inedible.

The food was brought to our table by someone other than our server. Our server never came back to the table to ask how anything was or if we needed anything else. We had to go up to the counter to ask for the check. What’s happened to this place???

When we arrived, we were parking the car behind the restaurant and saw who appeared to be one of the cooks coming back from the supermarket who then transfered a case of Modelo‘s into a white bucket which he then put into a garbage bin and brought it into the restaurant. He had taken his cooking apron off when he went to the supermarket and he draped it over the edge of the disgusting dirty dumpster. He put it back on when he went back inside. After witnessing that we should have went somewhere...

I honestly wish there were negative star options!

Ive only had food here a few times and the portions were fairly large for the price, so I decided to order again when I discovered they accept online orders. I preplaced an order at 5pm to be ready at 6pm so I could get off 84 on my way home from work, I arrived at 6:05 tell the young lady at the register I was there to pickup my mobile order and she tells me they didn't send my order into the kitchen yet & asked if I could wait a few minutes for the kitchen to prepare my pasta dish. while i was slightly annoyed it wasn't a big deal to wait 10-15 minutes, or so I thought. At 6:30pm I asked if it was going to be much longer and I was told it would be right out. I watched a half dozen customers come in get seated place their orders and get served while i was standing there waiting. Finally @ 6:45 I couldn't wait any longer I explained to the young lady that I would like for my order to just be refunded as I had now been waiting for nearly an hour for pasta. She went to the kitchen to speak with the manager to process the refund, and the manager did not even have the respect or professionalism to come out to apologize or anything, and told her to tell me it would be cancelled and refunded back to my credit card. Well here we are 2 weeks later and I've yet to recieve my refund! So not only did they have me waste an hour of my time after a long day at work only to leave hungry, but then they robbed me for nearly $30. I will deffinitly not return nor recommend this...
