Pizza Place & Trattoria II — Restaurant in Town of Southeast

THANKS FOR TAKING MY MONEY AND NOT DELIVERING THE FOOD! At 6:10 pm, I ordered 2 sandwiches, garlic knots, and 2 desserts for delivery. Restaurant said they were busy, would take over an hour, which is okay, take your time. 7:45 our "order" was delivered, but turned out to be someones chicken tenders. I proceeded to call the restaurant, the girl on the phone didn't know what to do so she said she would call me back (lol). when she calls back, she still didn't know what to do! Umm, hello...first off apologize for the mix up, second either give me a refund or contact your delivery driver. It's not rocket science. She said she would then send out a replacement, would take 45 minutes. Here comes 9:30, still no food! Calling the restaurant and they just won't answer. I paid $30 plus a $12 tip for a place 1.35 miles away and this is the service they give. Please give your staff some training, may save your customers a headache. 0/10 - would...

Ordered a Sicilian pie and cheese fries. Pie came like someone sat on it- cheese and sauce on the top of the box with the side of the box partially baked into the pizza. To make matters worse, the cheese fries had scraps of bacon (looks like they were added and poorly removed and unnoticeable) which were for my religious vegetarian husband making him violently ill. When I called the restaurant, I was offered a 10% discount on a future order. Since that was not sufficient, I called door dash for a refund only to discover the restaurant took it upon themselves to issue a $6 refund on a $36 order. They did this to ensure door dash would be unable to refund me any further. This is the wrong way to run a restaurant; they must do this often as they processed this refund before I was even able to get through to door dash customer service. Avoid this place at all costs, much better pizzerias...

Yesterday was my second time ordering from this restaurant…… the first time was good ….. but yesterday I ordered the same thing and I was food poisoned by their food ……. I experienced extreme violent stomach pain , vomiting and diarrhea all night till this morning…… I am disappointed as people order food with high expectations that the food is safe to eat…… i had never experienced food poisoning in my life ….. I will never eat here again!!!!! Be careful and stay away… if anyone is wondering what I had it was the chicken Cesar salad…. And instead of the reply concern with how a customer feels it’s all about his business !!! Pay attention...
