I discovered this Golf CLub late in the season after they announced a great Monday / Tuesday golf and buggy deal. The course is excellent, the carts are clean and the Starter / Marshall does a great job of welcoming and controlling speed of play. The greens are amazing and give you a good target to aim at and with multi level and some great slopes they present a good challenge. The course is interesting and requires some thoughtfulness in club selection which is great and means you can't just grip it and rip it. No real feedback or thoughts on how the club can improve and get better as it is pretty much everything you want from a golf club. It is a public course so you do get the odd 5 ball slowing things down and certainly some etiquette offenders when it comes to replacing and repairing but that's to be expected. My friends stayed and used the clubhouse last week and I took a rain check until this week only to discover it was closed, however the soup and sandwich deal from the previous week received top marks from my partners when they sampled it. Gutted I'll have to wait until next...

I have been member of Saratoga Lake Golf club for many years. I love the course and especially how well you are treated by the staff. A little over a week ago I strained my back and I let them know that's why I hadn't been playing. I finally decided to try walking nine holes on Saturday and asked the club pro-Jeff if he knew anything about the strained backs. He offered to send someone out to help me if I got in trouble on the golf course. I thought that was really nice. Today I went back there took my clubs out of the car., The starter that was on-John Walked up the hill to the parking lot and offered to bring my clubs down to the first tee And then he did. Not too many golf courses will provide this kind of service To their members. I have always been treated well here and like I said I think it's been 15 years. Whether are you thinking about joining Or just coming out to play round of golf, I think you'll be really impressed by both the course And the very...

5 and a half hours to play 18 on sunday!!! No ranger looking to speed up play but I did get yelled at for driving in the rough. Stay on the path he said, although there were no cart restrictions as it was bone dry! If i could give less than 1 star I would. Better conditions than a couple years ago but there were few good lies no matter where you were on course. Ok so customer service is not their strong suit. A group of us purchased the group golfer deal for here $20 with cart great deal. Never got around to using due to covid and it expires July 1 my buddy called to see if they would honor it beyond the expiration and they guy was rude and yelled and hung up on him! He only called to ASK not demand they honor it. How do you hang up on a customer for asking a question like that? The GM was the same about it making a bad experience even worse! If you care about customer service do...

I've been here several times before but only played the front 9. Today tried the back 9. If you want not only a golfing challenge but also a golf cart driving challenge check it out. Rolling hills and a few giant gaps connected by winding paths through the forest. Most holes are long but not crazy (300-400 yards). Challenging, but fair. And rewarding when you hit some good shots. Renovations are ongoing so it was strange to hit a few shots from loose dirt but surprisingly not difficult. Can't wait to see it when its done! The pricing is fair, 20 dollars with cart (maybe discounted because its later in the season... late September). Check in advance if there's an event going on, they seem to have a lot. Also they have a restaurant now which I did not try but I will. It was packed at 2pm (a good sign!).

Went to the Hideaway restaurant that is open to the public. Absolutely definitely worth going to try even just once. They make all of their salad dressings! That tells you the detail they put into their food. I got the lobster ravioli. Superb. My husband chicken parm. Both homemade pasta! The sun setting also made the night even better. Not to mention the prices are extremely reasonable! Will definitely be going back. Plus if you loved the food......you can buy the kitchen staff a round of drinks for 6 bucks!!!!! That's awesome.
