Ive been to a lot of fast food places and this one needs a corporate audit or review. First let me start by saying I love Tims, and I have worked in a couple fast food places so I know that sometimes you have to give them a little slack because mistakes happen and the staff is typically understaffed and overworked. That being said, this place is probably one of the worst Tim's I know of, and I believe it is being mismanaged and employees are improperly trained. To support this let me explain two stories I have thus far out of the five or so times ive been to this location. The first incident I had , I entered the pit trap that is their drive-thru and service was a bit slower than normal. It was lunch time but it took 15+ minutes to handle my order of two steak fajitas and a medium iced cap. As I sat at the window for about five minutes waiting for my food, the door finally opened and I was ready to go. The male employee handed me two separated fajitas in two sandwich pockets with no bags and as I was being handed them (although awkward without a bag to hold the two) the female coworker behind the window started to reprimand him thoroughly in front of me. She yelled at him about how awkward the situation was and how he should know to be bagging the fajitas with napkins. In the end, I told the newer male it was okay and that I didnt mind and I happened to drive away and enjoy my lunch at the office. The second incident was about a month later (today) and involved the same issue. Where a steak panini was wrapped with no bag and was half broken with steak falling out into the sandwich paper. Again having no bag isnt really an issue for me in general, but having a half broken sandwich that can leak in your car because you don't have the luxury of a bag forces you to stop and pull over into the parking lot. It happened to be that I was in a rush to see my grandmother that it bothered me a bit more, so that I wrote this review. In the end I have had good experiences here. I've had a friendly Tim's worker offer to bring out my sandwich because of the wait and smile to me as she handed it to me. But when you have employees yelling at each other, food leaking out of pouches, sandwiches being crushed, and customers walking out of the cafe complaining to you about the wait, then you end up wanting to go 10 blocks further just for the better location. Maybe it was just the perfect storm, but I think i'll just wait a couple months until the monsoon seasons over. (Hyperbolic I know, but you...
Read moreI've had a couple small issues with this location in the past but nothing to write about. But today, "Romanique" inspired this review. Today on my lunch, I decided to get a sandwich and a coffee for my co-worker. I was the only vehicle in the drive thru so I found it odd that I was sitting in front of the speaker for about 2 minutes saying "hello...?" as I heard their private conversation and laughter. I had asked for a chicken sandwich and a medium coffee with cream and sugar on the side. I get to the window to pay and watch her yet again finish her conversation before taking my payment. She waited so long to come to the window that I had to roll my window back up to wait until she was done. She then handed me the coffee (while still chatting with co-workers) and no cream and sugar on the side. I asked the store number and was told it was 11064 which was incorrect. I then get back to work to find my sandwich with half of it with NO chicken, and the piece it DID have looked like it was microwaved MUCH too long to the point that i couldn't chew it. I will be contacting corporate, but on my way to find the RIGHT store number google review popped up so I figured I'd put the...
Read moreSo after waiting half an hour in line at the drive thru, I place 2 orders, one I say is a hot large earl grey tea 2 cream 4 sugar, second order was a large green tea 2 sugar over ice. I finally get to the window for the gentleman to give me the large green tea over ice (made the correct way) to hear someone yell you have to make his earl Grey tea too. So I wait about 5 minutes, they finally hand out a hot tea and a cup of ice with two earl grey teabags unopened. I didn't figure out until I got home that they had given me an additional hot green tea (which I mistakenly thought was the hot earl grey tea). So mind you I ordered two teas, I got a third one that I didn't order, and apparently the one that I did order that chose to give me a cup of ice and unopened earl grey teas (apparently for me to make myself, which mind you I ordered). Then I choose to bring it back and ask to speak to a manager, which has left the building in her car somewhere going on break. Yup, calling...
