I decided to go here for my 45th birthday dinner and I absolutely loved this restaurant. Service was excellent, we had a nice private booth, cool atmosphere, even interesting artwork. There’s very few, minor reasons I took a star off. I didn’t care for the salsa. I felt that it was very thin and bland. I also ordered queso which lacked seasoning like red/green peppers. It was just greasy cheese dip. My dinner and nice boozy drink made up for it. I ordered veggie fajita’s which included a plate with refried beans, rice & lettuce, but only a dribble of sour cream. Portion sizes are pretty big. I appreciate that they used more vegetables than most restaurants. There were peppers, onions, carrots, zucchini, broccoli, cauliflower, and mushrooms. Everything was seasoned deliciously. Veggie fajitas ordering tip: order an extra set of tortilla shells as 4 is not enough & a side of sour cream. My family really enjoyed their dinners as well as myself. I honestly don’t know the last time was that the waitress was so spectacular. It’s truly a gift, to not neglect, but not overly bother a table….two thumbs up. I will definitely be going back to this yummy, crave worthy restaurant.

Consistently good Mexican food; have been in many times and everything has always been enjoyable. I’ve never been blown away with the food and would claim it to be be the best, but you can rely on the food coming out hot and fresh, as well as being correctly made to your order while still being good. Drinks are not the strongest, but again they are consistently medium strength and taste good. Some places I can order a pitcher of the margaritas and find myself longing for more while here I am happy with one or two standard glasses and don’t seek out any additional. Don’t read any of that as you shouldn’t try this out, because you absolutely should. This is a solid spot in our dining out rotation, but in the same breath if you were showing a guest from out of town around Buffalo this would not be my ultimate choice to showcase Mexican in our city. (Wait staff are very nice and attentive)

This was my hubby and I first time here! It was a lil drive but totally worth it! I have been to many "Authentic" Mexican restaurant, but they never have questions cheese!! This place was suggested to me by Google and I told my hubby about it the day before yesterday! And he surprised me and took me out for lunch today the food was so awesome we both ordered the same thing as you can see in the pictures! But queso was so tasty oh my gosh the chips and salsa was awesome nice and fresh! We will definitely be bringing our children back here because they love Mexican food as well. You will not be disappointed great laid-back atmosphere! The Vibes and the feel of the whole restaurant was really good! The customer service was also awesome. This will be our go-to place for authentic Mexican Cuisine. You definitely want to give it a try it was an awesome experience!

My family said nothing but good things about the food here. We placed an order over the phone to pick up some food. Upon arriving, I stood at the host stand, waiting to be helped. There’s no signage for pick-up/ to-go orders anywhere, so I wait where it says “wait here to be seated”. Multiple employees walk by me, not a single one acknowledged me pressence, so I wait. I attempted to get 3 servers attention, but was ignored. Maybe 4-5 min later, a couple walks in the door. A man who had been talking to a server at the bar in front of me immediately walks over and asks the couple “how many”. I am kind of in shock, I am stand slightly to the side of them, and had been for 5-7 min already. The couple says “2 please”. I jokingly said to the women “wow I must be invisible” and she utgently apologized to me, but I told her, not her fault. The man who I assume is a manager by his polo and different uniform then those on the floor is now cleaning a table for them, and they weren’t very busy. As they wait for there table, another employee who I assume is the hostess walks towards us and tells the couple “i’ll be right with you”, and now I am irritated. The manager comes back towards the kitchen passing me again. I stopp him and say “Hi, I’m here to pick up an order”. He says “orders at the bar” as he walks away. No “im sorry I didn’t notice you there or im sorry let me run and grab that for you, nothing. I walk towards the bar, and it’s crowded, there no bartender. I’m waiting another 5 minutes, and at this point I am very annoyed. I walked towards the host stand and said to the manager, hostess and another server who stood there who had ignored me and said. “I would like you to cancel my order, you all walked past me and ignored me, you even acknowledge a couple standing next to me and still didn’t help me after. points at manager you were rude and unhelpful, you have no signage for pick ups.” No one said anything except the server over hearing it and said “sorry”. I left, and ordered else where. No offer to help, no sense of urgency to help a guest. I am no Karen, and I was patient and even spoke up. I will NOT recommend this place. You not only lost a new customers business, but a regulars (my family) as...

Me and my friend went their due to a friend telling us how great the food is at Acapulco. We showed up and once we walked it, no one was at the front desk to greet us. One waiter literally came next to us said hi and walked away, she did not even try to seat us. We had to stop a waiter, which all has walked by us several times before we stopped them, to ask them if we can order to go. We than sat at the bar to order and the waiter that was suppose to be providing services to us had us sit at the bar for 20 mins before she came to us for service, she had a friend with his family that she was being so attentive to that when she finally ask us what we wanted and place the order she did not even give us water to drink while we waited. The wait was so long for the food to come out that my friend happened to order a tequila sunrise that took another 15 mins to make since the waiter was still being overtly attentive to the other patrons who were her friends than Us. So I'm an afro-latino that is from New York City. I was raised by my Aunt's next door neighbor who is a Mexican older woman, like raise chickens in her backyard for food Mexican woman, she practically raised me. Taking a look at the menu things were pricey but heard the food was good, so I was willing to try.....Sadly only the MEAT and TORTILLA was delicious, the sides were very disappointed. I had guac with rice and beans and a small salad for the tacos. The rice was not seasoned the gauc did not taste fresh as well. Because of the price, food and service it is not worth going back. I will stick to other Mexican restaurants with more equipped to service ALL customers and were the food is great, atmosphere, and service. Please better train...

Summary: SLOW service.

We (2 adults and 2 children) arrived for dinner about 7 PM tonight 8/15/2018 and were immediately concerned, about half the tables had customers and most of the rest needed to be cleared. We were greeted promptly and he was quick to clear a table, wipe it down with cleaner and seat us with menus. A couple minutes later another staff member arrived with utensils and stated "{name of other staff} will be right over to take your order" and walked away without asking our drink order (unusual). We waited 10 minutes while several other staff walked by attending to other customers (but didn't clear plates from tables without customers), none of them offered us service - still no drink order and another 2 minutes trying to catch the eye of nearby staff before we left.

As we left, we passed the staff which seated us carrying a basket of chips headed towards the table and gave me a questioning look. I said we are good we could not wait. Next we passed the staff which delivered utensils and she said "have a great night folks" (to her credit, her back was to us), I replied "I hope so, we haven't eaten yet and could not even give a drink order". If she did respond, I...
