Drivethrough is unusable when busy. Entry signs in the wrong place, and no painted lanes, mean that there is a conflict between people entering where the signs are and people coming from the side road. Inside ordering a mess. Cashiers blocked by people waiting for food. Never have I seen 20 people waiting to pick up food but none waiting to order. Very confusing. Switch to video menus horrible. Not acceptable that menus flash away. Cannot find things. Asked cashier which spicy sauces were an option for nuggets. Was told “this one” as sriracha Mac was held up. Did not inspire belief that that is the only spicy sauce avilable. No other options explained or shown. Cashier told me they do not sell a McPick 2 for $2.50. I find this very hard to believe as every other McDonald’s I’ve ever been in has it, but since the menu dances and has tiny font, unable to read it. Wait for food too long. Take food to eat in car but quickly discover packaging a disaster. Big Mac container has grease on every side. Pieces of onion all over the bottom and fall all over me on removal from bag. Absolutely worst “wrapped” McDouble I’ve ever seen. Wrapper filthy inside and out, food touching inside of bag. McDoubles inappropriately covered in black pepper. This is against brand standard. McDoubles falling apart. No structural integrity. Worst tasting McDoubles ever tasted. May stop coming to...
Read moreOrdered from the app for counter service and came into the store when my phone said order is ready. Most places have the order on the counter when I walk in. I did not see it so waited a bit in front of the counter. Several orders come and go. Finally, I decide to ask the girl about my order. She barely acknowledges me and someone else comes out. The second person actually tries to help me and get my order but is stopped by her manager who comes out and asks to see my phone. She stares at me awhile like I am trying to scam the store out of my $4 order and then says "Fine, what did you have" despite the face that she just looked at my order. After a few minutes, first girl comes back out and hands me my order... again saying nothing.
If I got a simple "Sorry for the delay" from anyone I interacted with, then I wouldn't be posting this. The manager clearly needs to be retrained on customer service skills.
To find a better fast food/gas option, go to the Love's/Wendy's 20 miles south of here off of 81. Love's makes sure their partner restaurants...

However, as a disabled person who primarily uses a wheelchair, but was walking with my cane, and leaning on my Partner, having a few accessible parking spot, seems counterintuitive...When the "Accessible Doors" (labeled clearly with the blue and white stickers, on the upper half of the door's windows), yet zero accessibility buttons, and the doors are heavy, which is difficult especially for Elders, and those with mobility issues. Same thing with the washrooms being labeled as the same, but the doors are manual open, only.
Finding out how recently renovated it is, just makes this even more unacceptable. A shame, considering how much money McDonald's restaurants make.
It's 2023, please take into account those of us, who are typically overlooked, and forgotten. Sad to...
