Burger King — Restaurant in Town of Union

12:50 am today I was in your restaurant. Ate some food and went back to the counter to order more. Nobody was there. I then tried to use the p.os. to order my own spicy chicken jr.thinking that might wake them up. After a minute someone came up and treated me like trash and commented that they could lose their job for me touching the p.o.s.

They don't deserve their job. It's all on video and I just wanted a sandwich. There is absolutely no reason the counter was that empty that long.

I left without my last sandwich. Won't ever return.

Tried to call the store to talk about this they hung up on me then left the phone off the hook. This can all be verified. Just check your cameras. Jan 7 12:50 am. Worst...

Got overcharged on my card for $177.95. When i called in to talk to a manager, i was told they were on vacation until the following week and that I had to call THEM back to get the situation resolved. Needless to say this is the last time ill ever go to this location. The employees are consistantly horsing around in the back, and their supervisor makes no effort to keep the employees on task, and is sometimes involved. Always very slow; i have a 1/2 lunch break and maybe wont get my food for a full 15-20 min from start of order to receiving my food. This is a FAST food resturant? Too bad i cant give 0 stars, i guess we'll see how things pan out next...

Bro. It was the most slow, Disorganized, Confused employee BK I have ever been to. Dude in front of me ordered two (2) double Whoppers , with only ketchup. And a large onion ring. Teenage kid hmong or native girl Kept punching it in as double bacon cheeseburgers. Then asking him if he wants pickles & sh··?? Dude got mad and repeated it & after about ten minutes and asked for his money back. I think he did eventually get his food and his money. My order was horrible also. I had said for here but after seeing all that idiotic activity I shoved my food in my coat pockets and left. Franchisee, who is probably a foreigner, you should be ashamed...
