Conviction Chicken — Restaurant in Town of Vestal

One of many new corporate delivery chicken wing places operating out of the kitchens of lousy chain restaurants. We tried it simply because it was listed as one of the quickest delivery options at 8:30 on a weekday night. The pros: 1) it was the first Grubhub order I've ever had delivered ahead of schedule. 2) The remarkably consistent size of the wings allows all of them to be cooked very evenly. The cons: 1) Terrible sauces, with absolutely no options for anything remotely hot (I'm getting rather fed up with the number of establishments selling "Nashville Hot" created by people who have clearly never been to Prince's!). 2) While the meat is cooked to a good consistency, both the fried and grilled wing options have skin with a very unpleasant rubbery texture. 3) The forced french fries with each wing order are annoying and very wasteful... if you want to try more than one sauce, you have to get multiple orders of...

I wish I could leave them a 0 star review. Whoever said don't listen to the sour reviews has a horrific palette and standards that are below the sub-basement. TGI Friday's doesn't care about delivery orders. They're beyond horrible, you literally can't say enough bad about them. So, they slyly open "Conviction Chicken" and the customer has no idea its the same worthless kitchen staff cooking the "food" until the order is placed and can't be canceled. Conviction chicken sent soggy fries, chicken that was basically raw in the middle, and an ENTIRE bag of six sides was missing. This place is a joke and should be reported to the department of health, then shut down. The staff aren't even good enough to work the grill...

I ordered 18 bone in wings, honey mustard, and fries. The fries were alright. The wings were kind of small and didn’t have much sauce on them although they were tasty. Normally 12 regular sized wings would fill me however it took all 18 because of the size. It only came with one small cup of bleu cheese which is kind of ridiculous for 18 wings.

Overall the wings were tasty but not worth the money you spent for what you get. If you do decide to order make sure to get them extra crispy, extra sauce, and extra bleu cheese and to adjust portions according to how...
