Bay & Goodman Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Victor

Very disappointed. I called and spoke to a person to have a pizza scheduled at a specific time for my son's birthday party. Paid for it over the phone with tip and everything. Day of the party and the pizza doesn't show up. After multiple phone calls attempts we finally get though and are told no one showed up at that morning and the ovens were never turned on. Earliest they could get the pizza to us was an hour after the original time. Since I already paid for it we decided to go ahead. And since I was counting on this for the party I really had no other choice. That hour comes and goes and still no pizza. I get a phone call saying they're willing to give me 2 free 2 liters for the trouble and the pizza should be there soon. Party was supposed to end at 4 and the pizza doesn't arrive until. 3:45(original time was supposed to be 2:30). And to top it all off the bottom of the pizza was burnt. Super frustrating and super disappointed. Thankfully the party guests didn't have time constraints and we were able to make the best of it but ultimately this was not ok and very unprofessional. 2 free 2 liters is a bit of a joke after being almost an hour and a half late and only after we called multiple times. Food is good but service is not impressive this place seems poorly run. I ordered a pizza there and was the only customer getting a pizza made. When I got home the pizza was made wong. There were three guys standing around it and nobody noticed they read the ticket wrong. Talk about not paying attention. They made up for it by making a new one and letting me keep both. Pizza was good. I was willing to give them another shot and was about to order during football but they're not open. What pizza place isn't open around noon on a sunday for the football pizza rush? The other local pizza places are very busy for bills games. Big missed opportunity there for them. I was thinking about ordering a few months later but was disappointed when I went online to use a coupon or special but they still haven't updated the website for this despite it saying "coming soon" for along time. So I just ordered somewhere else. Other reviews are concerning as well. These guys just don't know what they're doing hopefully they put the effort in to turn it around before it's too late. There's a lot of pizza options within a mile so gotta correct...

Update: they did call to make it right and so I will increase my rating slightly. I am happy to give an even better rating once their menu is consistent with what they actually charge and offer.

Today I called and placed an order for pickup. 1 buffalo chicken pizza that is supposed to be served with a side of bleu cheese dressing, and an order of chicken fingers and fries with a side of buffalo. When I ordered they said that the chicken fingers did not come with fries, despite what it says on their online menu. Their online menu also states a “generous”amount of chicken fingers. My parents picked up the order and came to my house with the food. We were charged $13.44 for barely 3 chicken tenders and $6.10 for this little bit of fries. Note that they are in the same box, and also the online price for the combo is $12.99.

Lastly, we were not given a side of Bleu cheese dressing with the buffalo chicken pizza.

This location has not been open for that long to excuse these sorts of discrepancies i.e old menu, inflation...
