Back in September 2017 I ordered a dunkachino they said they didn't make them anymore but they have a dunkin frozen coffee it was good and I been getting them when I go to any dunkin donuts but today November 14 2017 I ordered a dunkin frozen coffee and it's on the menus the lady gives it to me i see that it's wrong and tell her she say no it's not it's frozen coffee I said I didn't order that I ordered the dunkin frozen witch is frozen hot coco and frozen coffee mixed so she say it right than 2 other employees come over got to say very bad manors and start arguing with my husband and I saying they made it right and they didn't here of the dunkin coffee. I said i just get my money back it's nasty. She looked dumb founded and said i need the manager like are you kidding me it isn't what I ordered . Correct me if im wrong but you want what you pay for and that was poor service and if you don't know what your doing and can't handle people than you shouldnt be working that kind of job and it wasn't like they was busy it was me and another car . Than the manager did come over wasn't to sure what it was so I told him it is on the menus & told him how to make it and he did try his best and apologized . I also ordered two blueberry donuts for my kids and they ate them a little later and they said mom their nasty it was because they was not fully cooked so the was doughy. Never again will i go there i see i am not the only one that had that problem with them messing up and very nasty employees that think...
Read moreUpdate 20205: they are still incompetent and just display stupidity. Got two sandwiches and a drink. The drink is terrible and one of the sandwiches is BURNT. Not overcooked but actually blackened and burnt. The fact that this employee thought it ok to wrap it up and put it in a bag is wild. They are just not bright at this location. The 486 NY-17M, Middletown, NY location has the WORST customer service. You drive thru and hear "Hello" no "what can I get started for you", "How are you" just "hello". I went to pay and woman at the window never said a word. No "Hello your total is.." absolutely nothing. No "thank you" no "have a nice day". I went a few months back and asked for a drink to be made because it wasn't made right and tasted funny. I came back with the drink and very nicely asked for it to be remade the woman said ''ok" then proceeded to turn around and growl "Oh my god" like I was rude and made her angry during our very cordial 1 minute exchange. I ended up saying never mind and threw the drink in the garbage. I live right around the corner. Can walk there in 5 minutes but I drive 10 minutes away to the location at the end of 211 where the people are nice and display some semblance of common sense, intelligence...
Read moreWith the exception of maybe 3, Pine Bush Dunkin Donuts is THE WORST D&D I'VE EVER BEEN TO!!!! Along with many others, I've written corporate, called the manager, and have gone on to complain about my order being wrong. Its almost EVERY TIME! Make sure you CHECK EVERYTHING YOU ORDERED COMPLETELY. TAKE A SIP OF YOUR BEVERAGE, AND CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU GO. Yesterday was 4 OF 4 that this newer male has made my coffee wrong. I couldn't go back in to get it fixed(i was at the window this time) this time, but he put cream in a skim milk order, put no flavoring when caramel was ordered, and it didn't taste like it had sugar. I guess this kid is overconfident, and doesn't know how to read the order screen. One time he saw me at the register complaining, and he quickly came over to try and say it was my fault, but then realized he couldn't do that. Circleville, New Paltz, Walden, Newburgh, Scotchtown, Middletown, and all of the other ones in my area are fantastic. Pine Bush D&D is by far, the worst I've ever been in, and I've...
