Let me tell you, the food options are simply amazing! As a vegetarian, it's sometimes tough to find delicious choices, but Casa Vallarta has got it down. Their tacos and burritos with beans instead of meat are my absolute go-to, and they're bursting with flavor!

Now, let's talk about the guacamole - it's out of this world! Creamy, fresh, and oh-so-delicious, it's the perfect accompaniment to the main dishes. I find myself craving it all the time.

The only thing that could be improved is the corn and cheese elote. I've had some incredible elote in Texas, and while Casa Vallarta's version is good, I think there's room to make it even better.

All in all, Casa Vallarta is a delightful place to enjoy authentic Mexican cuisine. With its variety of vegetarian options and friendly staff, it's become a regular spot for my husband and me.
