I just had to share my love for Casa Vallarta - it's hands down my favorite Mexican restaurant! The moment I walk in, I'm greeted with such a warm and inviting atmosphere that sets the perfect mood for a fantastic dining experience.

Let me tell you, the food options are simply amazing! As a vegetarian, it's sometimes tough to find delicious choices, but Casa Vallarta has got it down. Their tacos and burritos with beans instead of meat are my absolute go-to, and they're bursting with flavor!

Now, let's talk about the guacamole - it's out of this world! Creamy, fresh, and oh-so-delicious, it's the perfect accompaniment to the main dishes. I find myself craving it all the time.

The only thing that could be improved is the corn and cheese elote. I've had some incredible elote in Texas, and while Casa Vallarta's version is good, I think there's room to make it even better.

He was very accommodating, sweet, and patient, answering all of our questions and providing helpful recommendations. I was there Saturday night, 2/01 with 3 other people. I ordered my meal and it came with the other 3 dinners unfortunately it was not what I ordered. The waitress came over to apologize stating they are doing the correct order now. Meanwhile the other 3 were eating their main course slowly so I would not be eating alone. The second dish came and it was not what I ordered. The waitress once again came over and apologized saying she would talk to the manager. Meanwhile all 3 people finished their meal. The manager came over and by this point I just wanted to leave. He said they would make something foe me to eat. I asked what was the quickest and ordered a shrimp quesadilla. It finally came and all the dishes by then were cleared off the table. We did order 2 desserts, they came together and quickly. When I got the bill I fully expected my quesadilla to be on the house.
