The restaurant offers both outdoor and indoor dining options, creating a classy and elegant atmosphere that remains welcoming and comfortable. The spacious dining area ensures guests can enjoy their meals without feeling cramped. Additionally, the quick service enhances the overall dining experience. The menu features a wide variety of choices, catering to both adventurous eaters and those who prefer classic dishes. Food portions are perfectly sized—not too small, yet not so large that you need to worry about waste or packing leftovers. The complimentary bread and butter served before the meal was a delightful start; the butter was slightly sweetened and incredibly addictive, leaving us wishing for a second basket. We started with the meatballs as appetizers, followed by the Rosemary baseball steak from the dinner specials and the Signature Beer Braised Short ribs as mains. The steak was cooked to a perfect medium, boasting a mouthwatering smoky flavor. Meanwhile, the braised short rib offered a well-balanced, slightly sweet flavor profile. While my partner found the food to be amazing, I personally felt they were good but not exceptional. For my taste, the dishes could have used a touch more seasoning. Nonetheless, the overall dining experience, including the atmosphere, service, and diverse menu, makes this restaurant a solid choice for both casual and special occasions. Highly recommended!

My wife and I live down in Queens and we're up visiting my sister who lives in poughkeepsie. We were going to the Hudson Valley Renegades game and needed a place to eat beforehand. We just happened to stumble upon Farm to Table Bistro and haven't been able to stop talking about it since. If this restaurant was in our neighborhood we would be eating there once a week at least. Everything about it was perfect the food was incredible the service was friendly and inviting and though we didn't have drinks the cocktails looked amazing. I had Arctic char which is a fish I've only eaten when in Iceland prior to this (which is where they get it from) and it was just as good as when I ate it there. I don't have enough good things to say about this place and I find myself looking for reasons to head back up in that direction to stop in again. Wish there were another one right by me!

After ordering from these guys over uber eats for about a year now every now and again, my fiance and I finally went in to have a proper sit down meal from them. What we were met with was a fantastic restaurant with incredible staff who were super attentive, incredible décor, and some of the best food in the Hudson Valley, hands down. The quality of the ingredients in superb and gives such divine levels of flavor that blew us away. A lot of their ingredients are organic as well which is great for us. A lot of the alcohol is locally sourced which is even more awesome cause it tastes incredible and is super strong. The desert was just delicious beyond words could say. We loved it and will be back again for more. Highly recommend!

I have to say the restaurant is a beautiful place inside. The decor is wonderful, the atmosphere is nice and the staff is very helpful and friendly. I ordered off the Prix Fixe menu for restaurant week and chose these three items: 1) Pasta Sugo All'amatriciana 2) Smothered Organic Boneless Breast of Chicken 3) Perry's "One Buffalo" ice Cream (choc and vanilla) plus 3 rounds of drinks from the bar - 2x Rusty Winters and one Grappa

The pasta was good. The sauce was a bit bland and lacked some flavor. I did like the use or large cuts of onion. I didn't taste any pecorino romano cheese at all (if it was in there) and there was maybe 1 or two small pieces of Guanciale. If I every go back, I probably wouldn't order it again

The chicken was also bland. It was cooked well and was juice, but I wouldnt call it smothered. It was covered with one big slice of soppressata and one slice of Provolone, but it added very little to the dish. The patatos that accompanied my dish was delicious but not cooked evenly. Some of the pieces were hard as in almost undercooked while others were mushy and over cooked. I am not a fan of brussels sprouts anyway, so take this part with that in mind. I found the sprouts to be very soggy and bitter.

The Ice cream was good. Nothing to report really here.

My biggest issue with this place was the bar service. We sat down and ordered drinks almost immediately. Our first course had arrived long before our drinks did. I was almost through my first course when the drinks finally arrived. The waitress was very apologetic and did her best to make up for it. Since one of our group ordered the slow braised crispy pork, we had a slight wait for the second course (menu tells us its 25 minute cook time) In this wait time, and based on our waitress promise that the next round of drinks would not take as long, we ordered a second round. Needless to say that the second course pretty much came and went without getting our second round.

We requested to speak to the manager, but our waitress had informed us that the manager was behind the bar helping out and if we wanted to speak to him, we should go over to see it (yes it was our job to get him).

Its a shame really, because I could have seen going back here, but after the way they treated our request, I was a bit insulted.

To their credit they credited us "1 round" of drinks, but in actuality they just gave us a percentage discount off our drinks, which funny enough, didn't actually cover a round of drink, but about five dollars less.

Hopefully when you go they have fired the bartender and the manager of the place and hired competent people. I have a feeling given how empty the place was on a Saturday night, that this issue of service has been going on for a while.

**edit - There were three people in our party that evening. We had dinner from 5-7pm. One of our party members send a review on their facebook page and clearly (picture below) they cant take criticism. I have changed my rating based on this from...

Look Elsewhere Folks! We recently celebrated a milestone birthday here. The owner Chris told us that beer, wine and soda was included with the $55 pp rate. We confirmed this with him twice on the phone prior to the party. He does not offer written contracts and only.sends you menu choices via email so we had to take him for his word. More on that in a bit. As for the food. Main course entrees were just average at best honestly. The “Arthur Avenue” family style appetizer however was a JOKE! A few slices of mortadella, cheddar cheese, salami and roasted red peppers on each plate. It was so skimpy and uneventful. Mussels dish featured muscles the size of peas. Fried Calamari was salty as was the chicken entree. For $55 per person, I was expecting a lot more food and certainly better quality given the Farm To Table monikor. Oh and when we went to square up the bill, I noticed a charge for two bottles of wine for $60. I went straight to the owner who looked me square in the eye and said wine is not included. I reminded him of what he promised prior to booking the party and he told me he'd lose his shirt if he included wine and denied including it. He became very arrogant and condocending to me and my brother in law who was watching from a distance said he (the owner) was drinking a lot at the bar all afternoon which may have contributed to his behavior. I paid the bill anyway as to not create a scene in front of my guests. No “thank you” for coming in and no one asked if everything was alright. Never again! I'd rather go to...

This has been pasted from my Yelp review:

Meh. That’s the best word I can use to describe this place. Aside from being over-priced, over-political, and underwhelming. My family and I are in town to be together for a funeral and we came here hoping to have a good meal. We called last week to make a reservation for 12 and asked to sit in the wine room and was told it was a $100 charge just to sit there. Upon arriving tonight for our 6:00 reservation, there was no one in the restaurant. No music was playing and it was just very strange and not welcoming. We sat down and was greeted by our server and it started pleasant enough. Fast forward to getting our food, most of us were really disappointed. My $40 filet mignon was medium when I asked for it rare, lamb chops were so tough and over cooked that they were inedible. Mussel appetiser was pathetically small in size and honestly smelled like sweaty feet. My father ordered an espresso and let me tell you- this was literal American coffee poured into an espresso cup. We know because we drink espresso all day being an Italian family. Our check was well over $1,000 and not worth it at all. The owners miss no opportunity to make the customer feel unwelcome and stupid. Things plastered over their menu claiming credit card fees because they don’t wanna “pay for your miles”, or they “don’t care what’s written on yelp” so they won’t even see this, but trust me; save your money and go...
