Ho Ho China Buffet — Restaurant in Town of Warsaw

Such a disappointing experience, twice now! I was having lunch at Ho Ho China Buffet today at 3pm with a friend, no other customers there. The woman began yelling and shaking her fists at her children, then she through a pencil at her small daughters face and connected. I understand that Chinese culture is more strict but to act with such violence towards the children and in-front of paying customers is going to far. The authorities have been notified!!

The other incident was about 4 months ago when they was serving bad chicken. I was sick from food poisoning for a week. Also there was strange pieces of hard substance in the honey chicken, if felt like glass shards. No I did not sue or raise a fit because I'm not a money hungry fool like to hot coffee lady at Mc Donald's. I let this incident pass because I know it may have been frozen chicken and not due to their negligence.

The food selection is not as large as others and is often old and dried out. The atmosphere is clean but far from friendly. With the calming music it should be much more pleasant but it is not, you can feel the tension as soon as you walk in.

I have eaten there a few times to give them another chance but seems to be getting worse. Staff is not very friendly acting and numerous food bins are always empty. You pay for a buffet meal but then there is nothing there in most spots or it is old and dried up. The one beef dish they have usually has 2 or 3 small pieces of beef and rest is crunchy broccoli. Then they wont replace it till broccoli is gone cuz usually first person there gets the beef. I had to ask about all the empty bins last time and they said its coming,its coming and then proceeded to put a few things in but in small amounts. The negative reviews are TRUE!!! I've given them PLENTY of chances to redeem themselves, but no matter what time of day or which day, you'll find many instances of them reheating previously cooked food (to a burnt crisp) [isn't this against the health code????] and throwing it all into a bin together like a "leftover mixture". Sometimes the food will be dried to the bins and they won't replace it until the bin is almost empty. The women there rudely stare and point at customers while talking to each other in chinese...also screaming out at the kitchen workers while standing in the dining area -concerning orders or what dishes they need and at the young girl working there all the time.
