Taco Bell — Restaurant in Town of Warsaw

Visited the Warsaw taco bell today where we were disappointed in the handling of a coupon we got on the TB app for a free doritos loco taco. The mgr said because they were only a franchise they did not honor TB coupons. I find this hard to believe. Anyways, the store was clean, but whoever replaced the tp in the ladies room did not take the time to put it in the dispenser, just left it on the railing for everyone to handle it..not very sanitary in today's atmosphere. And finally, we ordered a chicken chalupa, which probably wouldn't have been to bad, but the shell was cold and tasted stale. I should think since it's a hot item the shell would at least be heated. So it will probably be the last time we eat at Warsaw Taco...

Bro idk who has been working at taco bell lately but I've been on a weightloss journey for a few months now and have recently discovered the Taco Bell app. I can order what I want and customize it how I want it. It's awesome! I've done 3 in app orders so far where I pick them up through the drive through and every order has been perfection. I wish the app told me who makes my food so I can give the person/s direct reviews bc they've been killing it, especially with me being so picky about my food. Hence, all of the the customizations. My husband placed an order on the mobile app for our family tonight. When we arrived to pick it up we were told they didn't have any rice we asked if they could substitute something for the rice. We were told to cancel the order and request a refund online. We reordered our food without the items we could not get. 3 items were online exclusive and there was no way to get them. The staff was friendly but I feel offering a substitution for one missing ingredient would have been much easier for everyone.
