We have been visiting Warwick for many years and stumbled upon this shop during our most recent trip. I was immediately drawn to it, as I share the same name as the owner! What a great hidden gem this turned out to be. We stopped in toward the end of the day, but there were still some wonderful pies there for us to bring home. We bought a pulled pork pot pie, which came with some great cole slaw. We ate it for dinner the next day and it truly was delicious. We also purchased some mini pies and all agreed that the pecan pie was hands down our favorite. We had the pleasure of meeting Shannon and she was very kind. We will definitely be adding this as a must go to stop on our trips up to Warwick from now on!!

Would not recommend! Strange thing happened today: I ordered half-rack of ribs. Shannon told me it was $16 with coleslaw and pickles. The man who works there, charged me $20 + tax, saying that Shannon doesn't know what she is talking about... When Shannon came back, I told her what had happened. She looked at me and disappeared to the back of the store without a word.... I like transparency and consistency in pricing. It made feel like throwing out the food that I just purchased. And I did threw it out- the ribs were burnt, hard as a rock!

Pine Island has a reputation for things that are out of this world...and Shannon's Pie shop fits right in. They definitely make an impression on the palate when you dig into there homemade savory and sweet pies. I had the most amazing steak and cheese pie. The soft buttery crust was the first thing I enjoyed. Then I worked my way onto the succulent steak, veggies and cheese. In short it was fabulous. The Key Lime Pie rounded out the experience with yet another wonderful treat. It was super fresh, sweet and creamy. A definite winner.

I have to say that Paul’s review was actually dead on . None of the pies are homemade . I can literally give you the recipes . Frozen carrots and peas in the pies . I asked where the chicken stock was and was guided to dry bouillon chicken and beef containers . The pastry shells for the canned fruit pies are frozen and the pastry for other pies are pillsbury premade sheets . The Cheesecake, chocolate gluten free are all presliced from restaurant depot . The Croissants are premade ready to heat. He is 100% correct about the cookies they are all David’s cookies. He has also correct about Sweet baby Ray’s barbecue sauce on the pulled pork. She should have just paid him . I had to call a dozen times and finally just asked my husband to retrieve my last pay . You can’t deceive customers and be a deadbeat with the people you pay off the books. I actually made sure my taxes included each and every dollar I made a Shannon‘s eyes on the pies . Whoever wrote back to paul should have taken a moment to talk this through with Shannon instead of flaming the fire of yet another employee that went unpaid ! After reading the reply from “owner”. Nothing that I wrote is inaccurate with regards to the ingredients. If you like I’ll be more than happy to submit photographs showing as per the “owners’ instructions I was to place David’s cookies on a cookie sheet and not over bake them. I was to unboxed the gluten-free cake, cheesecake, pecan cheesecake and pumpkin cheesecake take each slice put them on an individual wrapper and place them in the display cabinet.please note with so many additive they don’t go bad so quickly . I can also show you me rolling out the pastry sheets from Pillsbury To make the pies and also the apple roses. The only reason I’m putting this review up was that each and every time “the owner” doesn’t pay the people that work for her in a timely fashion that she says that we are confused. There are quite a few other ex employees that would be more than happy to write reviews. Sometimes “the owner“ should apologize to people pay them so that everyone can move on. Again if you would like any photographs of me working also alongside her daughter Maeve I am more than happy to...

If I could rate it lower than a 1, I would!!!!! I ordered 2 desserts today. Yes I know it’s Easter but last minute a family member and myself decided we wanted something sweet. We placed the order through door dash at 5:34. The desserts arrived to us by 6:15 awesome as we were in no rush. We ate our dinner and started to dive into our sweets. Through door dash I placed an order for an apple crumb, and a dark chocolate salted caramel tort. What we got was basically chocolate pudding with whipped cream on top and PEACH crumb. When I called the place, the owner was rude on the phone. After about 5 minutes she just started Replying with “well what do you want me to do” to that I hung up the phone. Seconds later I got a call back from the same woman telling me that she is busy because it’s Easter and decided to swap out my apple request for peach. I told her “I should have been notified of that change. And what if I was allergic to peaches and you just decided to switch it?” She replied “well yeah you very well could have been allergic” WHAT?! So you’re acknowledging that you switched out apples for peaches just because!!!! Unbelievable!!! She then proceeded to say that it’s Easter “do you understand?” And I said I know it’s Easter but if the product was getting switched I should’ve been informed. She then said “you know what why don’t you come work for me so you can see how it is” what kind of owner says this to an unhappy customer. An unhappy customer that YOU admitted to not giving them what...

Shannon was an absolute sweetheart. So cozy and decorated so cute inside. My wife and I only ever had frozen Shepards pie and pre prepared shepherds pie from Costco, after ordering it Shannon was so nice she even cut it in half and served it split to my wife and I. She offered us samples of her chili and soups, absolutely phenomenal as well. The shepherds pie felt like Shannon was my grandmother, and I was over her house for dinner. You can tell all the ingredients are obviously fresh, and Shannon cares a lot about what she does. I genuinely felt like I was eating at my/ or someone's grandmother's house. Nothing but positivity all the way. We also couldn't pass up on the key lime pie and smores cookie. The key lime pie was absolutely phenomenal. The smores cookie bought me back to my childhood like in boyscouts or camping with family/friends. I will always support and enjoy friendly local owned businesses, Shannon's pies are extremely tasty and well detailed and she was even telling me about how she gets to her shop at 2am and starts making everything, and it shows she pours her dedication and love right into those pies. We wish we had multiple stomachs to taste everything, she has pulled pork pies, chicken pot pies, obviously the shepherd pies, mac and cheese pies, quiche, cookies, cakes, dessert fruit pies and much more. 10/10 all the way. Thank you, Shannon, for the food, conversations, and for making us feel right at home as well. Please don't hesitate to check out Shannon's Eyes...
