Bad Burro coffee company — Restaurant in Town of Waterloo

My first time going there was a blonde girl working in the window, my boyfriend and I wanted to check this place out as it’s only a few minutes down the road. We pull up and she instantly asked what we wanted to order, I had let her know that I wasn’t sure what I wanted here yet and had no idea what to get, she then tells my boyfriend to let her know when he’s ready and walked away. We’re sitting there for 4-5 minutes just waiting for her to get back, no flavors on the menu, she didn’t offer to help me or inform me anything about the place or what they offer. She comes back with attitude and asked if we were ready yet. I then tell her I’m still not ready because I have no idea what flavors they offer and asked her if she knew what they had inside or what was good, she then just mean mugs me and shoves a paper with the flavors in the car reached over my boyfriend very strongly to give me the flavor menu. I asked for a large iced coffee with marshmallow drizzle(which is a $1.00 up charge) and she comes back with the tiniest amount of drizzle in my cup, had attitude every time I went to talk to her and ignored all my please and thank yous but surely chatted up my man. I went to get coffee and lunch at 12pm. Coffee is great, however I wanted a turkey wrap and was told the only wrap today was a loaded baked potato wrap. So decided to try, it's not even a wrap. It's a baked potato with all toppings. Side salad was supposed to have Italian dressing and there was no dressing on it. I go there quite frequently and was severely disappointed by the lady that waited on me. She was not very nice. Posting on Thursday September 15th approximately 25 minutes after I ordered.

Today me and my friend went to grab a coffee from here. I do want to say we did not get coffee lol. We got breakfast burritos which were amazing and we got the peach smoothies which are to die for. The scones were so good and the lady that served us was so nice and friendly. (Sorry I forgot your name) 😊. She helped us figure out what we should get and the service was fast. Thank you!!
