I went to Tim Hortons and when I got to the window to order they asked me to wait which was completely fine I waited then placed my order after 20 minutes got up to the window and instead of her taking my money she continued to take others orders and kept touching my food with her bare hands. And kept touching the top of my muffin no gloves and kept moving it around until she finally put it in the bag. She kept opening my bags that had my food and just sticking her hand in it and I don’t even know why. She never opened the window to take my money she continued to just take press after 5 mins waiting to get my food at the window and just pay for it and after watching her touch her face nose eyes then my food I decided I was so disgusted I just left. Never got my food thankfully I never paid so I didn’t lose my money but it was a horrible experience and the girl with the septum ring In her nose was very unprofessional and unsanitary. Read moreOn Monday May 4th my husband and I were on our way to Potsdam intending to return to Putnam Valley, NY the same day but really wanted Nutella donuts for our daughter and sons....We were sad to hear that they were not available until Wednesday......BUT......One of your workers saw how disappointed we were and offered to make us a batch so we wouldn't miss out.....I was in shock and couldn't take advantage of her generous offer because we were on a time constraint and needed to be in Potsdam by 12:30....She then offered for us to call her on the return trip so that she could have them ready for us when we passed through Watertown again...It was late when we were on our return trip and didn't want to stop because we still had such a long trip back but we wanted you to know that you have excellent employees on the shift which includes some time between 10:30-11:30AM and they should be...
Read moreI visited the Coffeen Street location (Rte. 12), Watertown, NY on Friday 4/28/23 at approximately 6:30pm. I ordered and drove around to the window. I had my phone (for my app to eanr points) in hand as well as my payment card. The employee was quick to take my card and scan it. When he handed it back to me, (without a receipt of course) I asked him if he could please scan my app for my points. He told me "You have to give that to me before you give me your payment. Have a good night." I was dumbfounded and looked back at my daughter in the back seat. She and I both couldn't believe what we had just heard, and the fact that I had my phone in my hand, out the window the entire time! Customer service apparently is NOT his strong suit and he probably shouldn't be working with the public!!! NOT IMPRESSED!! I'll take my business to Dunkin'...
