Twisters Ice Cream — Restaurant in Town of Webb

Visited here for ice-cream and ended up attempting to order root beer floats but could not get a single word in to the employees. Instead of listening to my whole parties order the woman demanded a price after only two of us ordered. At that rate, I expected the service to at least be fast but that expectation was proven extremely wrong. They also do not maintain any routine by using their ordering and serving windows for what they’re actually intended. So here the rest of my party is standing at the serving window waiting to be waited on. After begging to be waited on we were finally served our cups of ice-cream with the smallest splash of soda. I was extremely disappointed with my service and expensive so called “root beer float” which turned out to just be a cup of ice-cream. I will not be...

Went for ice cream only: serve Hershey's ice cream which is good quality. Nice amount of toppings on sundae. However, found a long hair towards the bottom of sundae stick on hot fudge (see pic). Staff not wearing hair nets, a requirement in my area of the state. One sundae was larger than another (different sized dishes) but was charged the same price for both ($7.95). See the difference in dish size below. Did not try food which sounds good but who knows? Their soft-serve was not fully frozen tonight either and they had to include a dish with each cone. There are other places to choose from...

This was the WORST ice cream shop I have ever been to. The staff was very unprofessional. The soft ice cream was gritty and watery. As for hard ice cream, when they say one scoop they literally mean one tiny scoop...for $4! The large soft serve we ordered was the size of a small everywhere else. If you’re looking for a quality ice cream experience, go anywhere...
